In order to organize a high-quality recreation and recreation for children and adolescents during the spring holidays of the 2018-2019 school year, creating conditions for the active leisure activities of students in the period from March 25, 2019 to March 30, 2019, work camps will be organized with day care base of institutions of secondary education, as well as institutions of additional education of children and young people.
It is planned that about 10,488 Minsk schoolchildren in the days of spring break will attend health camps with a day stay.
To enroll a child in a camp with a day stay, the parents (persons replacing them) submit a written application to the educational institution at the child’s place of study, specialized educational and sports institution, and secondary school - Olympic reserve school, respectively. Children are accepted into the camp with a day stay on the basis of the order of the head of these institutions.
n accordance with the approved cost estimates, the amount of funds from the republican budget to reduce the cost of a voucher to a health camp with a day stay during the spring break in the 2018-2019 school year for one bed-day is 4 rubles 20 kopecks.
Parental supplement for 6 days of stay of one child in a health camp will be 5.28 rubles for children of the age category 6-10 years old; 11-13 years old - 8.88 rubles; 14-17 years old - 11.52 rubles. Given that the total cost of the voucher is 30.48 rubles for children of 6-10 years old; 11-13 years old - 34.08 rubles. and 14-17 years old - 36.72 rubles.
In the camps with a day stay for children organized three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea).
In each educational institution for students, a special recreational and educational program has been developed, including sports and recreational, sports and cultural events, hikes and excursions, games, competitions, tournaments, activities in associations of interest: clubs, clubs, theaters , museums, watching films and documentaries, thematic discos and other events.
In addition, profile programs may be offered for children during spring break. The list of specialized programs is quite wide: environmental, artistic, vocational guidance, programs for the prevention of road traffic injuries to children, sports, etc.
For children attending health camps with a day stay, maximum conditions will be created for recovery, recreation, rational use of vacation time, the formation of their common culture and skills of a healthy lifestyle.
