On health improvement of the population of the Mogilev region for the 1st quarter of 2019
29-April-2019In the 1st quarter of 2019, in the Mogilev region, under the vouchers acquired by the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment of the Population, 5104 people were rehabilitated through state social insurance and the republican budget.
With the use of funds from the state extra-budgetary Fund for Social Protection of the Population, 1,564 people, including 825 children, underwent rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort treatment.
At the expense of the republican budget, 4 disabled people and veterans of the Great Patriotic War and 9 people equated to them with benefits, 710 people from among non-working pensioners and people with disabilities under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, 38 representatives of law enforcement agencies, 62 disabled children were improved. under the age of 18 accompanied by parents.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Social Protection of Citizens Affected by the Chernobyl Disaster and Other Radiation Accidents", 2,718 children and adolescents affected by the Chernobyl NPP used sanatorium-resort treatment and rehabilitation, of which 2,662 people were in organized groups , 54 children from 3 to 6 years old accompanied by one of the parents. Children received rehabilitation and treatment in 19 health resorts located both in the Republic of Belarus and abroad. 55 children and adolescents used the spa treatment in the sanatorium "Belarus" (Sochi), 86 - in the sanatorium "Belaya Rus" (Tuapse).
