In order to organize recreation and recreation, create conditions for active developing leisure for children and adolescents during the spring break of the 2019-2020 school year, it is planned to organize the work of about 370 recreation camps with daytime stay at the bases of educational institutions, as well as at specialized training centers in the Gomel region sports institutions, secondary schools - schools of the Olympic reserve, providing sports training for the sports reserve, in which approximately 9,500 children will be provided with health improvement.
For this purpose, about 240.00 thousand rubles were allocated from the republican budget for the rehabilitation of children in the Gomel region. The amount of funds to reduce the cost of a ticket to a health camp with a daily stay of one bed day for each child is 4 rubles 20 kopecks. The parental fee for a ticket to the camp with a day stay is set at a surcharge up to the full cost of the ticket.
Spring break for children will be held from March 30 to April 4. The shift will last six days. When recruiting groups in the camps, children from large families, low-income and single-parent families, children in socially dangerous situations, children from foster and guardian families, as well as those who are on various types of records and under school control are given preference.
In order to organize children’s leisure time, develop a common culture and healthy lifestyle skills, rational use of vacation time, the organizers of the health camps have developed health-educational programs, including games, competitions, and classes in interest groups: circles, sections, clubs, and creative workshops Watching feature films and documentaries and other events.
Regional educational institutions will organize: trainings and thematic conversations, including in cooperation with the Ministry of Emergencies, GAI, OSVOD, IDN, "Observance of the rules of personal and public safety during the holidays", "Safe rules of conduct during walks and excursions", " Precautions during the spring break "," How to deal with strangers "," Children and the Internet "and others.
Activities during the spring break are aimed at creating favorable and safe conditions in health camps along with the development of spiritual, moral, civil-patriotic, intellectual education, creative characteristics and physical needs of children.
