On the organization of children's health in the summer of 2020 in Minsk

On April 9, 2020 the decision of the Minsk city executive committee No. 1070 "On the organization of children's health in the summer of 2020" was adopted.
In accordance with this decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the following were approved:
-plan of events for the organization of children's health in Minsk in the summer of 2020;
- A list of host organizations, types of work and the number of jobs for children sent to labor and leisure camps;
-the composition of the city headquarters for the organization of children's health in the summer of 2020.
Organizations that contain or organize camps have been provided with the planned volumes of rehabilitation for children in Minsk in camps with round-the-clock and daily stay of children in summer
2020 using the republican budget to reduce the cost of trips.
The planned volumes of rehabilitation of disabled children, orphans and children left without parental care in camps with round-the-clock and daily stay of children in the summer period of 2020 with the use of the republican budget for cheaper cost of trips.
To the heads of the administrations of the districts of Minsk together with the Education Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the Main Directorate of Sports and Tourism of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the Minsk City Office of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-and-Resort Treatment of the Population, and the heads of the owned (economic, operational management) health camps with round-the-clock stay of children or organizing them at their sanatorium-base camps GOVERNMENTAL and improving organizations, in response to that decision, requested:
 
-to take measures to organize the unconditional fulfillment of the planned volumes of children’s health improvement in Minsk in the summer of 2020 using the funds of the republican budget to reduce the cost of vouchers;
-to provide, at the expense of the funds provided in the budget of Minsk, the cost of trips to camps with round-the-clock stays of at least 18 days for children of employees of budgetary organizations whose property is owned by Minsk, structural divisions of the Minsk City Executive Committee, and administrations of the districts of Minsk from calculation of up to 115.00 rubles (inclusive) for a ticket;
-do not allow unjustified closure, transfer to another owner, reprofiling of camps with children staying around the clock and reducing the number of places in them without coordination with the Minsk City Executive Committee.
Recommended by:
-the heads of industry committees of trade unions and primary trade union organizations to compensate for part of the costs of acquiring permits to health camps at the expense of trade union organizations;
-organizations financed from the budget, to compensate their employees for the costs of vouchers to camps with round-the-clock stay at the expense of the funds received by them from income-generating activities.
