Also, regional health resorts have sold additional paid services that are not included in the cost of the voucher, in the amount of 3.00 million rubles. The export of additional paid services amounted to about 1.00 million rubles, of which medical services - 0.90 million rubles.

The priority direction for the Gomel region is the provision of sanatorium-resort treatment and health improvement for children living or studying in educational institutions in areas contaminated with radionuclides. Children's rehabilitation and health centers accepted about 14,000 of these children for sanatorium treatment and health improvement. They have all the conditions for full-fledged treatment, rest and the implementation of the educational process.

In addition to vouchers to sanatorium-resort organizations, vouchers to children's health camps are purchased annually for the summer period for children affected by the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant at the expense of the republican budget. In 2020, 1000 children rested on such vouchers in country health camps worth about 570.00 thousand rubles. In total, in the summer, almost 5,000 children rested in round-the-clock health camps, in camps with more than 18,500 children staying during the day. More than 2.00 million rubles were allocated to reduce the cost of vouchers to health camps at the expense of the republican budget.
