On the work of health resort organizations in the Minsk region in a pandemic

Despite the difficult epidemiological situation, the sanatorium-resort organizations located in the territory of the Minsk region carried out colossal work through advertising campaigns in the media and Internet portals: 103.by, Vooking.com, Vetlivа.by, Веltur.by, Tortur.bu, Slivki.by, Relax.by in order to popularize sanatorium and health resort and health services among the citizens of the Republic of Belarus and to attract foreign guests to rest.

So in the first half of 2020, the State Institution “Sanatorium“ Yunast ”of the Administrative Department of the President of the Republic of Belarus held 2 webinars "Belarus: closer than you think, and more than you expect!" by Travel Connection Digital. There is a blog on the official website www. ynost.by. Regular native articles are submitted in the kp.by, sputnik.by. Video advertising on Уоu Tube, contextual advertising on Yandex and Coogle. Participation in the program "Health", a story about the rest in sanatoriums in the summer in the program "Panarama" on the TV channel "Belarus-1".

The branch "Sanatorium "Sasnovy Bor" OJSC "Belagrazdravnitsa" launched a report in February 2020, but the promotion of health resort services in the program "Good Ranschy Belarus" was placed an advertising banner on the ANT TV channel (February 2020). We took part in the republican competition of consumer preferences "Product of the Year" in May 2020, in the international business award "Leader of the Year". We published articles in the newspaper "Minskaya Pravda" (June 2020), on the Internet portal TUT.BY (July 2020).

The branch of the Sanatorium Rassvet-Lyuban OJSC Belagrozdravnitsa regularly advertises in the form of layouts and articles in newspaper publications of the district and regional regions, on the radio: CJSC Belkp-press, Komsomolskaya Pravda; publishing house "Belarus Today", "Sаvetskaya Belаrussia"; Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Editorial office of the newspaper "Minskaya Prauda"; LLC "Energiya", Soligorsk - "Leader-press"; editorial office of the Brest regional newspaper "Zara"; editorial staff of the newspaper Vecherniy Grodno and Grodnenskaya Pravda; Unitary Enterprise "Agency" Minsk-news" and "Vecherny Minsk"; PRUP "Advertising in motion"; the newspaper "Voice of Lyubanshina"; radio "Minsk Wave".

In the first half of this year, the UE Sanatorium Isloch of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus actively used social networks vk.com, ok.ru, fasebk.com to promote health tourism, the site of the sanatorium was actively updated https://isloch.by, also in Russian portal https://www.domotdiha.ru/.

In order to increase the sales market for vouchers, there is a constant search for new foreign partners, new contracts are being actively concluded, and the prolongation of previously concluded contracts with Belarusian, Russian, Estonian and German travel companies is taking place. To increase the sales of vouchers, various seasonal and holiday promotions are developed and carried out, implying pleasant bonuses and discounts.

For example, in May-June 2020, JLLC DROTS "Nadezhda" held a campaign "Summer with "Nadezhda" for the implementation of health-improving vouchers with a program of active recreation for children, as well as the action "Resting with the whole family "for family vacations. Additionally, advertising of the center's services is carried out through the radio channels "Unistar", "Mаlаdechnа RM".

GLOU "Sanatorium "Sosny" of the Administrative Department of the President of the Republic of Belarus has developed and put into effect a health-improving voucher with a recovery program "Breathe easily", a sanatorium-resort voucher "Pines are calling". Discounts of 15% for medical personnel and members of their families were established in the amount of 10%, the size of discounts for children for additional places was increased, discounts were introduced for the second and third days of stay on a weekend voucher in order to increase the duration of rest.

In the "Sanatorium" Narachansky Berag "SKUP "Belprafsаyuzkurort" a sanatorium-resort voucher "Rehabilitation of the lungs" has been developed. The campaigns "Sport "YES", "BBQ weekend in the Narach coast" are held.

The branch "Sanatorium "Sasnovy Bor "OJSC "Belagrаzdraunitsa" is holding an "early booking" campaign with a 5-10% discount.

State Institution "Sanatorium "Yunost" of the Administrative Department of the President of the Republic of Belarus provides a 35% discount for Guests from Belarus in the summer for all types of vouchers.

To create comfortable conditions for stay and attract even more vacationers, the material and technical base is being updated on an ongoing basis and the list of medical services is expanding.
