On the results of the rehabilitation of children of the Mogilev region in the summer period of 2019

According to preliminary data, in the summer season of 2019, 746 recreation camps worked in the Mogilev region, which is 17 more than in the summer period of 2018, including 574 camps with day stays and 172 camps with round-the-clock.
In total, 43,409 people were rehabilitated with the use of state funds, which amounted to 100.4 percent of the plan and 845 children more than during the summer period of 2018.
In the camps with daytime stay, 25690 schoolchildren were rehabilitated (59.2 percent of the total number of those who were rehabilitated) and in camps with round-the-clock stay 17719 (40.8, respectively).
There were 16 stationary camps in which 10,492 schoolchildren rested. In addition, 2460 people were organized at leased bases, including sanatorium and resort organizations (Sosny sanatoriums, Mogilevkhimvolokno OJSC, Dubrovenka RUE, Mogilev branch of the Belarusian railway, DUP Children's sanatorium Svisloch), work of 65 specialized camps (for a period of at least 9 days) - 2368 people, 502 day camps worked in the same way, in which 18662 people rested, of which 131 labor and recreation camps and 1966 people.
In the summer, 134 sports camps were operating in the region, including 62 with 24-hour stay and 72 with daytime. Combined the rest and the training process of 9126 pupils of various sports institutions of the region, including 7028 children in day camps and 2098 in 24-hour camps, with a stay of 9 and 18 days.
The round-the-clock stationary health camps functioned in 3 and 4 shifts (14 out of 16 worked in 4 shifts), health camps with a day stay - in 2 and 3 shifts.
The recovery of orphans and children with disabilities was under special control. In total, in the summer period 2120 orphans and 582 children with disabilities and those with special psychophysical development underwent rehabilitation.
Attention was also paid to improving the health of children on various forms of preventive care. Over the summer period, 1,662 people were treated, including 673 people in a socially dangerous situation (SOP), 989 children in relation to whom individual preventive work is being carried out (IPR).
The average cost of trips to a round-the-clock stationary camp amounted to 419.20 rubles, daytime - 105.80 rubles, profile duration of at least 9 days - 104.67 rubles, a day camp for labor and rest - 110.30 rubles, round-the-clock at least 9 days - 108 , 70 rubles.
This year, 344,700.13 rubles were used for the preparation of stationary camps, including:
from the republican budget - 58550 rubles;
local budgets (regional, district) - 242,145.178 rubles;
owners' funds - 23812.55 rubles;
sponsorship - 6789.28 rubles;
humanitarian aid - 13,402.52 rubles.
During the summer recreation campaign in 2019, the camps were actively working in profiles, areas of activity. The camps of ecological and regional studies, art, defense-sports and other profiles were organized, in which 20167 children recuperated, 6187 of them in the round-the-clock and 13980 in the daytime.
In cooperation with the departments of the internal affairs bodies, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Ministry of Defense, health-improving camps of a military-patriotic profile were organized with the involvement of minor children and adolescents in a socially dangerous situation, for which individual preventive work is being carried out. Such camps were organized in the cities of Mogilev, Bobruisk, Osipovichsky district.
In 139 labor and leisure camps, not only were they able to earn their first money, but 2121 schoolchildren aged 14-17 were also interested in spending time. 131 day-time labor and leisure camps worked, 7 with round-the-clock service, of which 1 worked for 18 days.
The children worked on the sowing fields of the SEC, picking berries, forestry nurseries, were engaged in the repair of school furniture, landscaping and cleaning, sewing bed linen, combining work with outdoor activities, intellectual games, and entertainment. Salaries ranged from 50 to 200 rubles.
During the whole improving season, work was carried out on the implementation of the republican action "Small Homeland: Relay of useful deeds." Particular attention is paid to activities aimed at studying the history of their small homeland.
Catering in health camps with children staying round-the-clock was carried out in accordance with the monetary standards for food expenses established by law and an approximate two-week menu. Food was provided directly from producers and wholesalers, bypassing intermediary structures for the procurement and transportation, which made it possible to organize healthy meals for children during the recovery period.
