For the 9 months of 2019, the sanatorium and health-improving organizations of the Mogilev region sold 36,135 permits, or 104.8 percent, to the corresponding period of 2018, including 6,483 or 106.1 percent for foreign citizens, respectively.

Revenues from the sale of services amounted to 21.0 million rubles, or 110.7 percent compared to January-September 2018, including 4.4 million rubles or 113.1 percent from the sale of services to foreign citizens.

The occupancy rate of sanatorium-resort and health-improving organizations of the Mogilev region in January-September 2019 amounted to 88.1 percent compared to 81.9 percent for January-September 2018.

In order to increase the export of services and popularize the sanatorium and resort organizations of the Mogilev region, to increase the demand for sanatorium and resort and health services, all sanatoriums of the region took certain measures, including strengthening the material and technical base, expanding the types and range of services rendered, and cooperating with tourism organizations due to the active participation of health professionals in various exhibition events.

So, the region's sanatoriums took part in the 26th Moscow International Tourism Exhibition "MITT-2019" on the basis of the Expocentre Fairgrounds, a presentation of the sanatoriums in the "Republic of Belarus" pavilion at the Exhibition of Economic Achievements, at the 22nd international spring tourism services fair "REST - 2019", the exhibition-fair "Belarus-Russia" in Moscow and St. Petersburg. A presentation of the tourism opportunities of the sanatoriums was also presented at the Belarus Tourism Exhibition booth as part of the II European Games in Minsk.

DUP "Sanatorium named after V.I. Lenin" occupies a leading position in the region in the number of foreign citizens of near and far abroad who underwent spa treatment - 3364 people out of 6478 in the whole region, which is 52.0 percent. And this is facilitated by the work carried out by the sanatorium.

For the period from 2016 to the 1st half of 2019 in the sanatorium named after V.I. Lenin, a full-scale reconstruction of residential building No. 2 was carried out, current repairs of buildings and structures were completed.

Acquired modern medical equipment.

The latest methods of treatment and rehabilitation have been developed and introduced (3D massage, four-arm massage "Lomi-Lomi", electrostatic massage, local cryotherapy, extracorporeal magnetic stimulation of the pelvic organs, etc.).

In order to improve the quality of service provided services:

- the system of on-line booking and payment has been improved;

- a loyalty program was introduced (the share of customers who came for any discount was 78%). -In installments installment payments for permits;

-organized transfer of vacationers from nearby stations and the airport;

- Provided mobile communications Viber and WatsApp marketing staff in the 24/7 mode.

The proportion of foreign citizens among the clients of the sanatorium in January-September 2019 amounted to 62.0 percent. Geography is widely represented, includes about 40 countries. The bulk (92.0 percent of the number of foreigners) are Russians, then Israel is 60-70 people, residents of the Baltic states (Latvia -51, Estonia -23, Lithuania -10), Ukraine -14, Azerbaijan -12. There are also representatives of exotic countries: Australia, USA, Canada - 2 people each., Czech Republic - 1 person.

The same active work to attract foreign citizens is carried out by other sanatoriums of the region, including the structural unit "KP Orlovsky Sanatorium" OJSC "Dawn named after KP Orlovsky", "Shinnik" OJSC "Belshina", "Dubravenka" RUE "Mogilev branch of the railway".
