About the course of preparation for the 2020 summer health campaign in the Minsk region

Currently, active efforts are being made in the Minsk region to organize the 2020 summer health campaign. The decision of the Ministry of Oblast Executive Committee of April 2, 2020 No. 265 "On the organization of summer rehabilitation of children in 2020" was prepared. At the level of city executive committees, decisions were also taken on the above issue, working groups were formed to accept camps for work in the summer. 1,507.49 thousand rubles were allocated to prepare children's health camps for the summer season of 2020.

The amount of allocated funds to reduce the cost of vouchers from the republican budget is 7.4 million rubles.
Taking into account the epidemiological situation, the following terms of functioning of the health camps were determined: with a day stay - from 01.06.2020, with a round-the-clock stay - from 01.07.2020. The operation of campgrounds in the summer period of 2020 is not planned. The decision to open specialized health camps with a round-the-clock stay will be made taking into account the territorial epidemic situation and the level of demand for health services.
According to current information, about 22 thousand children are planned to improve their health in more than 800 camps.
Particular attention is paid to the organization of the rehabilitation of children who are in a socially dangerous situation, with whom individual preventive work is carried out, orphans, and children with disabilities.
To ensure full summer recreation and rehabilitation of children in the conditions of a country stay in the Minsk region in the summer, 26 certified stationary health camps with round-the-clock stay for 3.8 thousand places will function (19 are in communal ownership, 7 camps on the balance of enterprises and organizations).
In areas where there are no own bases for the organization of suburban round-the-clock rehabilitation of children, and the purchase of tickets to stationary camps in other areas. The average cost of a permit to stationary camps with round-the-clock stay of the Minsk Region Education, Sports and Tourism Departments will be 380.00 rubles; in departmental inpatient camps - 570.00 rubles.
The summer health campaign will be held as part of the Republican campaign "Summer to Health" and is aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of the child population, social protection and support for the most vulnerable categories of children from low-income families, large families, children in socially dangerous situations, orphans, disabled children, registered children, as well as providing comprehensive conditions for safe stay in camps, taking into account the emerging epidemiological situation.
In all health camps, the necessary conditions will be created for the prevention of the introduction and spread of COVID-19, taking into account the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus.
Catering for children in health camps is organized on the basis of sample diets developed and approved by the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-and-Resort Treatment of the population. Approximate diets are adapted by the nutrition technologists of the education, sports and tourism departments of the city executive committees to the ring deliveries of food products, taking into account the specifics of children's nutrition and the organization of a sparing regime.
It is recommended that the leaders of manufacturers, trade organizations, supplying food raw materials for feeding children in summer health camps, organizing food for children in summer health camps, to sell food with a trade allowance of no more than 10 percent in order to reduce the cost of food.
All recreation camps in the region are staffed by medical personnel. Medical rooms are equipped with the necessary medical equipment, medical supplies, supplies. Formed emergency transportation stackings.
The Department of Internal Affairs of the Oblast Executive Committee was instructed to ensure the maintenance of public order in the areas where the health camps are located, and to carry out preventive measures to prevent the theft of food and other material assets in health camps.
Providing selection and training for work in the camps of managers, teachers, medical workers and food service workers.
In order to monitor the progress of the health campaign, constant monitoring of the camps will be provided with the participation of all interested services.
