On the preparation of health camps in the Gomel region for the summer period of 2021

In the summer of 2021, in the Gomel region, it is planned to rehabilitate 40,700 children in children's health camps: with round-the-clock stay with the use of state funds to reduce the cost of the voucher - 9,000 children and at the expense of the republican budget (ChNPP) - 2,500 children; in camps with a day stay - 29,200 children.
To organize children's health improvement, 9 stationary camps, 1 health camp on the basis of the Serebryanye Klyuchi Sanatorium and 1 sports and health camp on the basis of the Golden Sands Sanatorium are preparing for the opening.
At the moment, preparations are underway for the season, the necessary repair and construction work is being carried out. The progress of their implementation is under the control of interdepartmental groups. The material and technical base of the camps is being improved.
In addition, it is planned to work 14 round-the-clock health camps by profiles, areas of activity on a rented base of state educational and sports institutions, including 8 labor and recreation camps, 860 camps with a day stay.
Most of the camps will operate in 3 shifts.
Due to the epidemiological situation with coronavirus infection, the camps will be equipped with personal protective equipment and disinfection equipment. Most of the events are planned to be held mainly in the fresh air. The camps will be filled taking into account temporary recommendations to prevent the introduction and spread of coronavirus infection.
The priority direction in the organization of recreation, as well as every year, is the improvement of socially unprotected categories of children. More than 1185 orphans and 327 children with disabilities will be able to improve their health in the summer.
The state subsidy to reduce the cost of vouchers to camps in 2021 is set in the following amounts:
- to a health camp with a day stay of children for a period of at least 18 days - 89.00 rubles;
- to a recreation camp for work and rest with a day stay of children for a period of at least 18 days - 97.00 rubles;
- to a sports and recreation camp with a day stay of children for a period of at least 18 days - 100.00 rubles;
- to a health camp with a round-the-clock stay of children for a period of at least 9 days according to the profile, direction of activity - 92.00 rubles;
- to a health camp with a round-the-clock stay of children for a period of at least 18 days - 215.00 rubles;
- to a sports and recreation camp with a round-the-clock stay of children for a period of at least 18 days - 238.00 rubles.
By the decision of the Gomel Regional Council of Deputies, funds in the amount of 102337.00 rubles were allocated from the regional budget to regional executive committees to reduce the cost of vouchers to health camps with round-the-clock stay for children of employees of budgetary organizations and for an additional payment up to the full cost of vouchers for children from large, low-income families and children , left without parental care, who are brought up in foster and foster families.

The average cost of the voucher is planned:
- to health camps with round-the-clock stay for at least 18 days - 600.00 rubles;
- to sports and recreation camps with a round-the-clock stay for a period of at least 18 days - 760.00 rubles;
The main task in conducting a health campaign is to create safe and comfortable conditions for children to stay on vacation, to ensure the preservation of their life and health.
Recreation camps in the Gomel region are planned to start work according to the schedules from June 1.
