On the results of the rehabilitation of children in Minsk in 1 shift

Health improvement of the capital's children was carried out by 571 camps with day and round-the-clock stay of children, including: 21 stationary health camps, 38 camps organized at rented bases of sanatorium-resort, health-improving and other organizations of the republic, 52 sports teams organized at rented bases of stationary health camps, sanatorium-resort and health-improving organizations of the republic, 417 day camps, organized on the basis of institutions of general secondary education, additional education for children and youth, specialized educational and sports institutions and secondary schools of the Olympic reserve.
The preparation of out-of-town health camps for the summer season was carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the sanitary and fire supervision authorities on meeting the requirements for the arrangement of children's recreation areas.
Scheduled work was carried out on capital and current repairs of residential and administrative buildings, landscaping, equipment of sports grounds, replacement of outdated technological and refrigeration equipment.
To assist in the preparation of camps with round-the-clock stay for work in the summer of 2021, funds were allocated from consolidated sources in the amount of more than 6.1 million rubles, including: from the city budget - 1.5 million rubles, funds from the owners of health camps - 4.5 million rubles, the republican budget - 122.009 thousand rubles. On the eve of the health-improving campaign in all out-of-town health camps of the city, inspections of the technical condition of buildings, structures, utilities, outdoor play and sports equipment were carried out with the preparation of relevant acts.
During 1 shift, 29,360 children were rehabilitated in camps of various types, which amounted to 47.1% of the plan for the season, including in camps with round-the-clock stay - 9345 children, with a day stay - 20,015 children. Stationary health camps with round-the-clock stay began working in the first shift from May 26 to June 9. Their work is planned in 3-5 shifts, the duration of shifts will be from 18 to 21 days. Day camps have been organized since June 1.
The activities of the camps were carried out taking into account the full implementation of the recommended sanitary and hygienic measures. The pupils observed the principles of social distancing; when organizing meals, the placement of children in the dining rooms was carried out taking into account the necessary distance.
The implementation of priority epidemically significant measures is ensured in all health camps. Particular attention is paid to the organization of catering, systemic control over the work of catering units, compliance with sanitary norms and rules, the organization of the protection of health camps and the provision of access control.
All types of mass events are excluded. Control over the condition of the pupils was ensured by medical workers.
During 1 shift, 321 children from the number of orphans and children under guardianship were rehabilitated in camps with day and round-the-clock stay, which amounted to 20.8% of the planned for the season (1545 children).
Children of state employees of municipal property organizations received additional payments from the city budget when purchasing vouchers to country camps in the amount of up to 120 rubles per voucher. This type of assistance was used by 424 children during 1 shift.
In order to prevent delinquency and prevent antisocial behavior of adolescents, within 1 shift using the city budget and state funds, they were sent to health camps with a day and round-the-clock stay
390 children in various types of registration and brought up in dysfunctional families.
To meet the needs of children in various activities and acquire useful skills in 1 shift, 94 camps (detachments) were organized according to profiles, areas of activity with day and round-the-clock stay, in which 872 teenagers rested, of which 334 were at the age of 15-18 ...
Jobs, in accordance with the list approved by the Minsk City Executive Committee, were provided mainly by educational institutions, where children were hired at free rates of janitors, room cleaners and were engaged in cleaning, landscaping and landscaping of school territories, repairing and binding books and teaching aids in the library.
On the basis of the camp with a round-the-clock stay "Lesnoy" TPKUP "Khladokombinat No. 2" organized a service team of labor and rest for 6 teenagers, who performed cleaning of office premises.
Leading positions in terms of mass deployment are traditionally occupied by sports and recreation camps with day and round-the-clock stay, organized by structural divisions of the sports and tourism department of the Minsk City Executive Committee, in which 3,610 children have been rehabilitated, including adolescents of the age 15-18 years old - 390 people.
Special attention in health camps, as in previous years, is paid to rational, balanced high-quality nutrition for children, which is organized in health camps by the Main Directorate of the Consumer Market of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
Approximate two-week rations are used in the work for children being recuperated in health and sports and health camps with a day and round-the-clock stay, corresponding to the natural food consumption standards recommended by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, taking into account the age of students.
In order to respond in a timely manner to the operational situation, the employees of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee ensure the protection of public order and the safe stay of children in health camps located in the territory of the Minsk region, as part of five mobile groups.
The Minsk City Executive Committee approved a schedule for monitoring the work of stationary health camps for 2021, during which working groups visit health camps in order to familiarize themselves with their work and provide methodological and advisory assistance.
During preventive monitoring, special attention was paid to the implementation of organizational and sanitary and anti-epidemic measures by the camp staff to prevent the introduction and spread of coronavirus infection.
There were no significant violations in the work on the organization of health improvement, nutrition and compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological regime. No emergencies affecting the sanitary and epidemiological well-being were registered.
