Organization of recreation and leisure of children in the city of Minsk in camps with day stay during the additional winter holidays for students in grades 1-2

In order to organize the quality improvement and recreation of children and adolescents, create conditions for active developmental leisure of students in grades 1-2 during the additional winter holidays
From February 14 to February 19, 2022, 204 health camps with daytime stay of children lasting 6 days were organized on the basis of institutions of general secondary education in Minsk, in which 4199 children improved their health.
 
On the eve of the additional holidays, the education departments of the district administrations of Minsk carried out some work to organize the rehabilitation of children in the camps, ensure their safe stay, inform parents, post information about the functioning of the camps on the websites of educational institutions, information stands.
 
In accordance with the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated April 27, 2013 No. 317, the amount of payment for food for children aged 6-10 years (with a multiplying factor of 1.3) amounted to
5.06 rubles per day, the amount of the state subsidy is 3.89 rubles per day. The amount of the parental fee for 6 days was 7.02 rubles.
 
All camps were opened with the permission of the sanitary authorities with the execution of the relevant acceptance certificates.
 
The work of the camps was organized in accordance with the approved plans, including events dedicated to the Year of Historical Memory, the Day of Remembrance of Internationalist Soldiers (February 15).
 
Each educational institution has developed a special health-improving program for students, including physical education, sports and cultural events, classes in circles and sections, continued work of interest associations, computer clubs and classes; leisure rooms.
 
The city school food plant has developed and approved an approximate 6-day menu for the period of the camps, corresponding to the age group of children.
 
The work of food points is organized in each camp. Control over the organization of meals in the canteens was carried out by marriage commissions created for the period of the camps by orders for educational institutions.
