Seminar-meeting on the organization of the rehabilitation of children in country camps in the Vitebsk region

On the eve of the start of the health campaign, on May 18, the representative office of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment of the Population held a seminar-meeting on organizing the rehabilitation of children in camps in the summer of 2022.

The meeting was attended by deputy heads of organizations in charge of children's health improvement, heads and accountants of out-of-town health (sports and health) camps.

Speakers at the seminar-meeting are members of the regional commission for organizing the rehabilitation of children in the summer of 2022, as well as representatives of regional services participating in the organization of the summer health campaign - the traffic police of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the prosecutor's office of the city of Vitebsk, the Department of Law Enforcement and Prevention of Public Safety of the Internal Affairs Directorate Regional Executive Committee, Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Vitebsk Regional Center for Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health, Main Departments for Health, Education, Trade and Services of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, OSVOD Regional Organization - informed the audience on the issues of the current legislation in the field of ensuring measures for the safe stay of children in health camps, compliance with fire safety requirements and safe recreation of children near water bodies, as well as on preventive work on the basics of road traffic and issues of safe road transport of children.

Particular attention was paid to the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological legislation, the organization of medical support for camps, the organization of the work of catering units and children's nutrition, the procedure for forming the cost of vouchers in country health camps.

The speakers answered questions of interest and drew attention to the committed violations, which led to disciplinary punishment of responsible persons, using examples from last year's work.

Titova, head of the representative office the task was set before the representatives of the camps to include in the work plans of the camps events to hold the Year of Historical Memory in 2022, to perpetuate the memory of the victims of the genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War, to preserve and popularize the historical, cultural and natural heritage, to perpetuate the memory of outstanding personalities, who made an invaluable contribution to the development of the Fatherland.

The purpose of the seminar-meeting is the safe and cultural and educational conduct of the summer health campaign in 2022.
