The results of the rehabilitation of children in Minsk in 1 shift in the summer of 2022

The rehabilitation of the children of the capital was carried out by 490 camps with daytime and round-the-clock stay of children (including sports teams), including:

19 stationary health camps,

38 camps organized on leased bases of sanatorium-resort, health-improving and other organizations of the republic,

59 sports camps (teams) are organized on leased bases of stationary health camps, sanatorium-resort and health-improving organizations of the republic,

377 day camps organized on the basis of institutions of general secondary education, additional education for children and youth, specialized educational and sports institutions and secondary schools of the Olympic reserve.

Planned work has been carried out on capital and current repairs of residential and administrative buildings, landscaping, equipping sports grounds, replacing obsolete technological and refrigeration equipment.

More than

7.1 million rubles, including: from the city budget - 1.5 million rubles, funds from the owners of recreation camps - 5.64 million rubles, the republican budget - 122.009 thousand rubles.

By the beginning of the season, all health camps received an acceptance certificate signed by the district services of the state sanitary supervision and other interested parties.

During 1 shift improved in camps of various types

31634 children, which amounted to 49.8% of the plan for the season, including 9673 children in camps with round-the-clock stay, 21961 children with day stay.

Stationary health camps with round-the-clock stay started working on the first shift from May 26 to June 7.

Their work is planned in 3-5 shifts, the duration of shifts will be from 18 to 21 days. The operation of the day camps is organized

from 1 June.

The activities of the camps were carried out taking into account the implementation of the recommended sanitary and hygienic measures in full. The pupils observed the principles of social distancing; when catering, the placement of children in the dining halls was carried out taking into account the necessary distance.

The implementation of priority epidemically significant measures is ensured in all health camps. Particular attention is paid to catering, systemic control over the work of catering units, compliance with sanitary norms and rules, organizing the security of health camps and ensuring access control.

Provided control over the condition of pupils by medical workers.

In order to ensure the availability of children's recreation for the general population with different income levels in Minsk, work has been done to control pricing for vouchers to health camps with round-the-clock stay of children.

The average cost of a voucher lasting 18 days is: to a camp with a round-the-clock stay - 639 rubles, to a camp with a day stay - 100 rubles.

During 1 shift, 338 children from among orphans and children under guardianship were improved in camps with daytime and round-the-clock stay, which amounted to 24.9% of the planned for the season (1359 children).

The practice of improving the health of disabled children, who were sent to camps with daytime and round-the-clock stay, together with teachers of boarding schools, continued. In total, 353 children from the category of disabled children were improved in 1 shift, which amounted to 36.6% of the planned (964 children).

Children of state employees of municipal property organizations received additional payments from the city budget when purchasing vouchers to country camps in the amount of up to 128 rubles per 1 voucher. This type of assistance was used by 450 children during 1 shift.

In order to prevent offenses and prevent asocial behavior of adolescents during 1 shift, using the city budget and state funds, they were sent to health camps with daytime and round-the-clock stay

449 children who are on various types of records and are brought up in dysfunctional families.

10,644 children were sent to 360 camps (brigades) according to profiles, areas of activity with daytime and round-the-clock stay, of which 1,363 were aged 15-18.

To meet the needs of children in various activities and to acquire useful skills, 112 labor and recreation camps (teams) with daytime and round-the-clock stays have been organized in which 1,382 teenagers have improved their health.

Jobs, in accordance with the list approved by the Minsk City Executive Committee, were provided mainly by educational institutions, where children were hired at free rates as janitors, room cleaners and were engaged in cleaning, landscaping and landscaping school areas, repairing and binding books and teaching aids in the library.

On the terms of the concluded contracts, jobs were provided by the structural divisions of the state association "Minsk City Housing" and PKUP Minskzelenstroy.

At the bases of camps with round-the-clock stay "Forest"

TPKUP Khladokombinat No. 2, Optimist JSC Minsk Tractor Plant and Mechta JSC Minsk Grain Plant organized work and rest service teams for 14 teenagers who performed work on cleaning office premises.

The leading positions in terms of mass deployment are traditionally occupied by sports and recreation camps with daytime and round-the-clock stay, organized by structural divisions of the Department of Sports and Tourism of the Minsk City Executive Committee, in which 3864 children, including adolescents aged

15-18 years old - 398 people.

Particular attention in the health camps, as in previous years, is given to rational, balanced, high-quality nutrition for children.

Approximate two-week diets are used in the work for children who are on recovery in health and sports camps with daytime and round-the-clock stay, corresponding to the natural norms of food consumption recommended by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, taking into account the age of students.

The staff of pedagogical, medical workers and workers of food departments of health camps in Minsk were completed in 1 shift.

In order to respond in a timely manner to the operational situation, the employees of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee ensure the protection of public order and the safe stay of children in health camps located on the territory of the Minsk region, as part of five mobile groups.

The Minsk City Executive Committee approved a schedule for monitoring the work of stationary health camps for 2022, during which the working groups visited health camps in order to get acquainted with their work and provide methodological assistance. During

1 shift examined 8 out-of-town health camps.

There were no significant violations in the organization of health improvement, nutrition and compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological regime. Emergencies affecting the sanitary and epidemiological well-being were not registered.
