The key focus of the 2022 summer health campaign in the Minsk region "Summer of Patriots" is the education of patriotism and historical memory in health camps.

The grand opening of the children's summer campaign took place on June 1, 2022 on the basis of the state institution "Palace of Culture in Vileyka".

The event was attended by about 500 students of educational institutions of the region, the chairman of the Vileika district executive committee, O.P. Apranich T.V., chairman of the Minsk regional organization of the trade union of education and science workers, heads of departments (departments) for education, sports and tourism of the district city executive committees, heads of health camps in the region, parents.

The format of the event included the work of street interactive platforms demonstrating the features of summer recreation in all 23 districts of the Minsk region, activities for participants, advertising of stationary and day camps for parents, a plein air for young artists dedicated to the Year of Historical Memory "Summer of Patriots".

For the participants of the event, a video was prepared about the history of the creation and functioning of the camps (from Soviet times to the present) “Welcome to Summer” using scenes from famous films. The regional event ended with a show of the performance “Secrets of the River Kingdom”, prepared by the pupils of the charity theater studio “Wings of Happiness”.

The opening of the first shift in the health camps of the Minsk region began with the raising of the State Flag of the Republic of Belarus and the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Belarus.

In 1 shift in the region functioned

811 camps, where 38,469 students received health improvement.

7,306 students rested in 157 round-the-clock camps, of which

in sports and recreation camps 492 people.

There are 31,163 children in 654 day camps, of which:

- sports and recreation - 60 camps - 4,110 people;

- labor and recreation camps - 71 camps - 1,128 students.

The main principle of organizing a children's summer health campaign remains the preservation and promotion of children's health, as well as the provision of comprehensive conditions for a safe stay in camps.

In the health camps of the Minsk region, during the first shift, meaningful, health-saving activities are provided that correspond to the age and individual characteristics of children.

Together with the military unit 3310 of the internal troops in the Minsk region on the basis of the health camp "Belye Rosy" in June, a regional specialized military-patriotic camp "Valor" was organized for members of military-patriotic clubs.

In the health camps of the Uzda district, civic-patriotic events were held: a flash mob “Belarus in my heart”, an intellectual game “I know Belarus”, a music program “Carousel of Belarusian songs”, a debate “What does it mean to be a citizen of the country”.

In order to organize high-quality preparation of students of educational institutions of the Minsk region for the Republican Olympiad in academic subjects in the 2022/2023 academic year, the work of the regional specialized health camp "SMART CAMP" was organized in the first shift (in the subjects "English language", "Belarusian language" and "Belarusian Literature", "Russian Language" and "Russian Literature", "History of Belarus", "World History", "Social Science", "German Language") on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Molodechno Sanatorium Boarding School".

On June 9, in the health camp with a day stay "ART-TIME" on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Butsevichi Educational and Pedagogical Complex Kindergarten - Secondary School" the whole day was held under the motto "I love Belarus". The children went on an excursion to the National Library of Belarus to visit the exhibition "Living Springs" and get acquainted with how modern masters collect bit by bit, preserve and recreate various types and forms of traditional art: woodcarving, pottery, blacksmithing, weaving, embroidery, painting , weaving from natural materials, based on the experience of our ancestors.

In children's health camps with daytime and round-the-clock stay, various events are organized as part of the Year of Historical Memory.

On June 2, pupils of the camp of the State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 11 in Borisov" made an excursion "The Hour of Courage has struck" to the memorial to the Victims of fascism and the Alley of Memory in Borisov.

On June 6 and June 8, pupils of the recreation camp "Druzhba" of the State Educational Institution "Churilovichskaya Secondary School" visited the military unit 06752 of the village of Machulishchi and the 50th mixed air base. During the visit to the military unit, the students learned about the heroic deeds of the pilots who served in Afghanistan during the hostilities, whose portraits are located on the walk of fame near the Airplane Museum.

On June 17, pupils of health camps with a day stay of the State Educational Institution "Krivichi Educational and Pedagogical Complex Kindergarten - Secondary School", State Educational Institution "Svatkovsky Educational and Pedagogical Complex Kindergarten - Secondary School named after M. Tank" took part in the burial ceremony of the remains of victims of fascism near the village of Nivki, Myadel district.

On June 23, pupils of the camp of the State Educational Institution "Loshnitskaya Secondary School of the Borisov District" visited the memorial complex "Stalin's Line".

Pupils of the historical detachment of the health camp of the State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 6 of Zhodino" visited the memorial "Pit", dedicated to the victims of the Holocaust. The guys remembered the tragic years of the history of our people and honored the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. We also visited the military unit in Pecs, where they got acquainted with army weapons, a military museum, and the life of soldiers.

An excursion to the school museum of military glory of the Razgrom partisan brigade took place on the basis of the Klennik Educational and Pedagogical Complex Kindergarten - Basic School in the Solnyshko health camp. In the museum, the children took part in the excursion “Genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War”, where they were able to get acquainted with the map of the burned villages of the Smolevichi region, learn about the punitive actions that were committed against the civilian population during the years of that terrible war.

Pupils of the specialized health camp with a round-the-clock stay "Young Talents" visited the Museum of "Fire and Air Rams" in the State Educational Institution "Radoshkovichi Educational and Pedagogical Complex Kindergarten - Secondary School of the Molodechno District". The children learned about the feat of Gastello N.F., the history of air and fire rams during the war. After a fascinating story, the guys laid flowers at the monument to the crew of N. Gastello.

Information hours were interesting with the invitation of representatives of local executive and administrative bodies, representatives of the NGO "Belarusian Republican Youth Union", "BRPO", veteran organizations, law enforcement agencies, as well as famous people of the region.

June 4 with students of the State Educational Institution "Plisskaya Secondary School named after. V.A. Mikulich” there was a meeting “We will be worthy of the memory of heroes”

with a member of the Council of Veterans within the framework of the action "I am the land of Radzimay the head". The guys talked with the veteran about life, remembered the history of their native land, village, school.

On June 6, the Slutsk rescuers held a preventive conversation for the children in the Zenitchik recreation camp, told the children the fire safety rules. The children were most interested in the entertaining and exciting quest game "Cipher 112". The workers of the Slutsk ROChS, together with the children and teachers, divided into teams, and a quest called "Code 112" was launched.

A positive response among the pupils of the health camp with a day stay of the State Educational Institution "Zazhevichi Educational and Pedagogical Complex Kindergarten - Secondary School of the Soligorsk District" was received by the events initiated by the public youth organization BRPO: the project site "Open Belarus for the Youth of the World", the game program "Youth City of the Future" .

In the Uzda district, events within the framework of the STEP information and educational project were held on 06/09/2022 on the topic: “Summer is the time to act. Collective creative work - not a day without work", 06/16/2022 on the topic: "Summer - time to act. Self-government is a school for a young leader.” The first secretary of the Uzden Regional Public Organization "Belarusian Republican Youth Union", the Honored Master of Sports in checkers, the chairman of the SUE "Khotlyany-Agro" were invited to the events.

During the summer health campaign, the children of the Minsk region are actively involved in tourist and excursion activities. Part of the educational work in the summer health camps was visiting objects related to the military history of the region, the fate of participants, eyewitnesses and victims of wars, as well as excursions to successful enterprises and institutions in order to get acquainted

with the socio-economic achievements of the country.

Particular attention is paid to excursions and tours of a military-patriotic orientation: to the memorial complexes "Brest Hero Fortress", "Khatyn", the historical and cultural complex "Stalin's Line", "Mounds of Glory", to the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War and other iconic places.

In order to familiarize children with the peculiarities of various professions, excursions to enterprises are planned: BelAZ, Minsk Tractor Plant, Neman glass factory and other enterprises.

In the Slutsk region, pupils of the Raduga camp of the State Educational Institution "Povstynskaya Secondary School" visited the memorial complex in the city of Slutsk; pupils of the camp "Druzhba" (GUO "Secondary school No. 9 of Slutsk") visited the memorial complex dedicated to the burned village "Perhody".

In educational and recreational educational institutions of the Minsk region, a set of measures is being taken to study security measures when visiting places of mass recreation near the water, when swimming. Information and educational activities are carried out using various forms and methods, taking into account the age of students:

conversations, round tables, meetings with medical professionals, oral journals, practice games, travel games, drawing and poster competitions, etc.

Pupils of the recreation camps "Friendly guys" on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Kurenetskaya Secondary School", "Valoshki" on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Vileika Gymnasium No. 2", "Rainbow" on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Vileika District Center for Additional Education for Children and Youth" got acquainted with the main rules for rescue people on the water and took a trip on a rescue boat at the Vileika OSVOD station.

In the recreation camp "Nasledniki" with round-the-clock stay of children on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Sakovshchinsky Educational and Pedagogical Complex Kindergarten - Secondary School named after V.A. Kovalenko", as part of the thematic day "With safety for you", the pupils visited the OSVOD post on the Western Berezina River. The chairman of the OSVOD Volozhin regional organization held a practical lesson with the children “Rescue methods on the water”, aimed at preventing accidents at water bodies.

During the first shift, 1,318 students improved their health in 82 labor and recreation camps. The main types of work are landscaping the school grounds, repairing school furniture, decorating the walls of the corridors of educational institutions, sewing bed linen, weeding grain, caring for forest plantations, landscaping flower beds, etc. The average salary in LTO with daytime stay of children was 147, 34 rubles, with round-the-clock stay of children - 77.81 rubles.

Particular attention is paid to the rehabilitation of disabled children and children with special needs of psychophysical development.

In order to improve the health and social adaptation of students on the basis of the Central Committee for Education and Development in the districts of the Minsk region, to ensure independence within the framework of meeting their basic needs, forming stereotypes of healthy behavior and an active lifestyle, health camps with a day form of stay for children worked. In addition, children of this category improved their health in camps with a round-the-clock form of stay. In total, 741 disabled children were rehabilitated during the first shift.

Emotionally comfortable conditions were created for children. Thanks to targeted walks, work in the garden and in the greenhouse, caring for indoor plants, the children received new emotions, impressions, consolidated their previously acquired knowledge and skills.

Children who are in a socially dangerous situation, including children who are on different types of registration, were not left without attention. 808 children received health improvement. Students with whom individual preventive work is carried out - 304 people.

For this category of children, various events were organized aimed at the formation of a civil law culture, healthy lifestyle skills, prevention of asocial deviations in adolescents: interactive games "Legal Scholar", a drawing competition "My responsibilities in the family", an hour of questions and answers "Family and conflicts” acquaintance with the Orthodox library.

Orphans and children left without parental care were not left without attention. In total, 767 children of this category have been rehabilitated in the Minsk region.

6,536 children from large families and 947 students from low-income families were rehabilitated.

Systematic work was carried out in advance to organize the nutrition of children in health camps and provide practical assistance in improving it. 5 meals a day are provided in stationary health camps and 3 meals a day in health camps with a day stay. Meals are organized on the basis of exemplary diets developed and approved by the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment of the Population. Approximate rations are adapted by nutrition technologists of the education, sports and tourism departments of the district city executive committees, with the obligatory consideration of the specifics of children's nutrition and the organization of a sparing regimen. For a full recovery and stimulation of the immune system, fresh vegetables and a variety of fruits are daily included in the children's diets. In the form of drinks, children are offered a decoction of wild rose, juices (mainly pectin-containing), fermented milk products containing bifidobacteria (bifidin). With regard to confectionery products, preference is given to products enriched with macro and micronutrients: marshmallows, marmalade, marshmallows, pastries containing fruit fillings, raisins, dried apricots.

Control over the work of health camps in the summer period is ensured by conducting field trips of regional departments and departments, according to supervised areas.
