For 9 months of 2023, in 56 health resorts located in the region, 274.4 thousand people underwent sanatorium-resort treatment and recovery, revenue amounted to 276,182.9 thousand rubles, including at the expense of the republican budget and state non-budgetary funds. Social Protection Fund of the Republic of Belarus - 40.4 thousand people, revenue amounted to 50,751.4 thousand rubles. The occupancy rate of sanatorium-resort and health-improving organizations for the nine months of this year was 84.0%.

To ensure the recovery growth of sanatorium-resort treatment and the improvement of the population's health, sanatoriums have developed new types of health vouchers with a medical program.

This year, the State Institution “Sanatorium “Sosny”” of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus introduced additional types of paid medical services:

- non-injection mesotherapy for the face and neck area;

- Ultrasound of the extracranial section of the brachiocephalic vessels;

- initial appointment with a homeopathic doctor of the first qualification category;

- professional oral hygiene Airflow;

- electrotherapy using “Refton” and “Radius” devices;

- SETA pulse therapy;

- ultrasound therapy BTL;

- a comprehensive program for the treatment of male and female infertility;

- a comprehensive program for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.

A number of comprehensive programs have been developed and implemented in the DUE “Sanatorium “Belorusochka” of the SUP “Belprofsoyuzkurort”:

- method of pneumocompression therapy using the Lymphostream apparatus; - individual programs for the treatment and prevention of osteoparosis;

- weight loss, treatment of patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus;

- rehabilitation of patients with long-term consequences of cerebral circulation and myocardial infarction, a number of facial skin care procedures, ultrasonic facial cleansing and others.

To increase exports, work on social networks was strengthened, the flow of targeted and contextual advertising was increased, taking into account the new realities of Instagram and Facebook, an analysis of SEO and SMM was carried out, additional regions (Russia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia) were set up to display contextual advertising; To increase the flow of guests from the Russian Federation, agreements are concluded with the OTA platform Ostrovok.ru for the placement of advertising information about sanatoriums, participation in international exhibitions and webinars. Over the nine months of 2023, 52.2 thousand foreign citizens received sanatorium-resort treatment and recovery in health resorts of the region, revenue amounted to 82,854.0 thousand rubles, for the same period in 2022 - 41.7 thousand foreign citizens (60,411, 0 thousand rubles). The growth rate was 125.2%.

Representatives of some health resorts took part in the X International Congress on SPA and Wellness, which took place from September 19 to 22, 2023 in Minsk. The Congress included conferences, panel discussions, an exhibition of innovative drugs and equipment, meetings with colleagues, exchange of opinions, and information about key industry trends.

In order to ensure stable, break-even operation, increase demand for sanatorium-resort and health-improving services and increase the volume of income from the services provided by health resorts in the Minsk region, constant systematic work is being carried out to develop the material and technical base.

For 9 months of 2023, at the State Institution “Sanatorium “Sosny”” of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, work was carried out to improve the adjacent park area, including the beach. More than 10 hectares of forest have been cleared of dry branches and natural debris, sidewalks and paths have been repaired, a new asphalt surface has appeared for the path (more than 2 km), and recreation areas have been installed at viewing platforms. The outhouse was repaired, the beach retaining wall was repaired, and a navigation pylon was installed.

The beach area has been completely updated: new sand, comfortable sun loungers, swings, wicker furniture, tents, umbrellas, changing cabins and showers have been installed, and the Letniy Food Truck Bar has been opened. On the beach you could use additional services: kite and SUP. 3147.4 thousand rubles were spent for these purposes.

690.5 thousand rubles were allocated to strengthen the material and technical base of the Nadezhda Children's Center, of which 1.5 thousand rubles received financial support from the founder of the Friends of the Nadezhda Children's Center in Germany. The funds received were used to develop design documentation for the project “Playground for children with special needs.”

To ensure a broad information and advertising campaign about nearby tourist and cultural attractions, sanatorium-resort and health organizations of the Minsk region offer excursions throughout the territory of the Republic of Belarus on an ongoing basis for vacationers.

In the current year of 2023, prices for sanatorium-resort and health-improving services have not increased. A discount and bonus loyalty program was used (discounts for early booking clients, 25% discount for members of the federation of trade unions and their children, 5% discount for the “loyal guest” program). The principle of network marketing is being introduced, providing a bonus for regular guests of the sanatorium.
