On the Decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee of 08.04.2021 No. 1054 "On the organization of children's health improvement in the summer of 2021"

On April 8, 2021, the Minsk City Executive Committee made a decision No. 1054 "On the organization of children's health improvement in the summer period of 2021". The decision approved the Action Plan for organizing the health improvement of children in Minsk in the summer of 2021; regulations on the procedure for organizing children's health improvement in health, sports and health camps; a list of host organizations, facilities, types of work and the number of jobs for children in Minsk sent to labor and recreation camps in the summer of 2021.

The decision also approved the composition of the city headquarters for organizing children's health improvement in the summer of 2021, coordinating the activities of interested departments, committees of the Minsk City Executive Committee, organizations of the city of Minsk owning (economic management, operational management) health camps or organizing them at their bases, according to organization of health improvement for children in Minsk.

In accordance with the order of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment of the Population No. 10-o during the summer period of 2021, the Decision provides for the health improvement of 62,334 children in Minsk, including 38,739 children in camps with round-the-clock stay (of which 5,326 children - in sports and recreation camps), camps with a day stay - 23 595 children.
The plan for the rehabilitation of children in Minsk using funds from the republican budget to reduce the cost of vouchers to camps with round-the-clock and day-time stay of children in the summer of 2021 was brought to the attention of organizations containing or organizing these camps.

The Healthcare Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the administrations of the districts of Minsk and the main department of sports and tourism of the Minsk City Executive Committee have been informed of a plan for the rehabilitation of disabled children, orphans and children left without parental care using the funds of the republican budget to reduce the cost of vouchers in camps with 24/7 stay children in the summer of 2021.

In accordance with paragraph 14 of Resolution No. 662, the decision of the Minsk City Council of Deputies dated November 16, 2016 No. 243 "On the establishment of measures of social support for certain categories of citizens" in the budget of Minsk for 2021 funds are provided to reduce the cost of vouchers to camps with round-the-clock a stay of at least 18 days for children of employees of budgetary organizations whose property is owned by the city of Minsk, structural divisions of the Minsk City Executive Committee, administrations of districts of Minsk in the amount of 243 thousand rubles. In 2021, it is planned to improve the health of such children in the amount of 2025 people.

Within the allocated funds, the size of the reduction in the cost of vouchers to camps with round-the-clock stay of children for at least 18 days will amount to up to 120.0 rubles (inclusive) per voucher.
