Head of the Representative Office Vitebsk Regional Department of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment of the Population Titova S.A. and representatives of sanatorium and resort organizations of the region took part in the 29th International exhibition of tourism and hospitality industry "MITT" as part of the delegation of the Vitebsk region.

This large-scale event is one of the five largest tourism exhibitions in the world and traditionally takes place in Moscow. This year, more than 700 exhibitors from 24 countries and 57 regions of Russia presented their products and services for the tourism and hospitality industry, and over the three days of the exhibition, from March 16 to March 18, the number of visitors was about 15 thousand people.

The stand of the Republic of Belarus, where all regions were represented, attracted numerous attention of the participants and guests of the exhibition, because excursion tours and recreation in our country are in great demand every year. At the end of the exhibition, the stand of the Republic of Belarus, out of 700 participants present, was deservedly awarded a diploma and a commemorative badge of the exhibition in the nomination “The Most Active Participant”.

The exhibition stand "Poozerye of the Vitebsk Region - Cornflower Land" vividly reflected the national flavor of the region and attracted many tourists. MITT is a territory of opportunities, thanks to which the sanatorium and resort organizations of the Vitebsk region have concluded more than 70 contracts and partnership agreements with major travel agents of the Russian Federation and other participating countries.
