Holidays are the time for games, entertainment, freedom in choosing activities, relieving accumulated stress, replenishing spent energy, and restoring health. Rest in the camp is a great opportunity for the development of various intellectual, cognitive and creative abilities of children.
 
Visiting health camps with a day stay, which are organized in the region during the holidays, children, being under the supervision of educators, receive not only health improvement, but also a lot of interesting activities that reveal the creative potential of each child. Here, boys and girls live according to the regime, attend excursions, cinemas, theaters, and participate in various events. In addition, every day the children receive a full three meals a day.
 
In the region during the spring break, 275 day camps were organized on the basis of institutions of general secondary education, additional education for children and youth, and on the basis of specialized educational and sports institutions, in which 10,210 children underwent rehabilitation.
 
The average cost of a ticket to health camps with a day stay in the region was 40.92 rubles. Of these, in the form of cheaper vouchers, each child received state assistance in the amount of 27.30 rubles.
When completing health camps, special attention was paid to children of socially unprotected categories. 112 orphans, 119 disabled children, 552 children who are in a socially dangerous situation and are on preventive records were rehabilitated.
 
The programs that the camps worked on included activities aimed at improving health, recreation and raising children. The task of the teaching staff was to raise the importance of a healthy lifestyle, to organize interesting and entertaining free time during the holidays.
 
Every day at the camp was full of various exciting activities. Master classes, squad days, sports competitions, outdoor games, computer games, contests of staged fairy tales, cartoon screenings, literary quizzes, game programs and other events were held.
 
In addition, each child was able to attend additional classes, which were organized at the request of students. Classes were held in mathematics, physics, foreign languages, Russian and Belarusian languages ​​and other academic subjects.
 
It should be noted that measures were taken in the region aimed at the safe stay of children in health camps, special attention was paid to the prevention of child injuries and the prevention of accidents.
During the time spent in school camps during the spring break, the children were able to learn something new, get positive emotions and a positive charge.
