During 6 months of 2023, there is a significant demand for medical and health services in the sanatorium and resort organizations of the Mogilev region.

In January-June, 17,025 vouchers were sold by sanatoriums of the region, which is 1,330 vouchers or 8.5 percent more than in January-June 2022, including 2,537 vouchers for foreign citizens, which is 768 vouchers or 43.4 percent more. than for the same period in 2022.

Revenue from the sale of services amounted to 15,772.2 thousand rubles, or 134.2 percent compared to January-June 2022, including 2,411.1 thousand rubles from the sale of services to foreign citizens, or 1.8 times more than the corresponding period last year.

The load of sanatoriums was 81.5 percent, compared to 73.4 percent in January-June 2022.

For 6 months of 2023, more than 965.0 thousand rubles were allocated by sanatorium-resort and health organizations to strengthen the material and technical base. Of this amount, the largest amount of funds was sent by the sanatoriums "Shinnik" to OJSC "Belshina" and "Sosny" to OJSC "Mogilevkhimvolokno" - 595.0 thousand rubles.

Repair work was carried out in the sanatoriums, medical and technological equipment was purchased, new types of medical services were developed.

All health resorts of the region are working to promote health resort services through participation in exhibition events, the use of the media, the introduction of discounts, promotions, additional promotional activities, the introduction of new types of services.

So, in the first quarter of this year. sanatoriums took part in the 29th Moscow International Tourism Exhibition "MITT-2023", "Intourmarket - 2023" Moscow, XXY International Exhibition-Fair "Rest-2023" in Minsk, in an online conference with the Arkhangelsk region with presentations , the International Scientific and Clinical Conference “Ways to Solve the Problems of Sanatorium and Resort Treatment in Health Resorts of Belarus”, the Russian-Belarusian Meeting “Commonwealth 2023” on the topic “International Relations as the Basis for the Development of the Joint Tourism Potential of the Bryansk Region and the Regions of the Republic of Belarus, Bryansk.

In order to improve the quality of services provided: the system of on-line booking and payment has been improved, a loyalty program has been introduced, installment payments for tours are in effect, transfers of vacationers from nearby stations and airports have been organized, Viber and WatsApp mobile communications have been provided by employees of the marketing department in the “24/7". Work is underway to place information about sanatoriums on LED screens, in public transport, and booklets.

The attraction of vacationers is facilitated by the introduction of new types of paid medical services for physiotherapy (electrical stimulation of neuromuscular structures, electrosleep, interference therapy, fluctuorization). Carboxytherapy, cryotherapy services are offered. New types of health programs "Climacteric Syndrome" and "Women's Health" have also been introduced.

In all sanatorium and resort organizations of the region, the work of advertising activities of cultural attractions of the region and the Republic of Belarus is organized, there are agreements with travel companies for organizing excursion routes.

For vacationers in the sanatoriums of the Mogilev region, 82 tourist routes have been developed in order to familiarize themselves with cultural and historical values and sights, including 12 in the reporting period of 2023.
