Health camp "Zubrenok" of the open joint-stock company "Minsk Automobile Plant", the management company of the holding "BELAVTOMAZ", where mainly the children of car manufacturers have a rest, has introduced a wonderful good tradition that has managed to take root in the "corner of children's happiness" During each shift, an interesting guest comes to the guys to chat with boys and girls on topics relevant to them. This adult is necessarily smart, talented and passionately loving the Motherland - our common home. He works for the good of his land and teaches this to the younger generation by his own example.

In the summer of 2023, within the framework of the republican information and educational project "Step to Success" in the health camp "Zubryonok" of the open joint-stock company "Minsk Automobile Plant", the management company of the holding "BELAVTOMAZ", a dialogue platform "Successful person - prosperous Belarus" was held.

On the first shift, the second secretary of the Central Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, Alexander Prokhorov, was invited to take part in this event.

The meeting took place on June 8. The children took part in an interesting dialogue. Alexander Prokhorov shared with the children the history of the path he had traveled, and by his example he inspired many of them to always achieve their life goals.

On June 29 (second shift), the head of the administration of the Zavodskoy district of Minsk Sergey Mikhailovich Maslyak became a guest of the event.

The head of the district told the guys about his career path, shared childhood memories, as well as his life motto, which he always follows: love, friendship and Fatherland.

Together with Sergei Mikhailovich, the guys learned the motto of the Zavodskoy district: “And our motto is simple: one for all, and all for Zavodskoy!”

On July 17 (on the third shift), Valery Valeryevich Ivankovich, General Director of the Minsk Automobile Plant, became the main hero of the project.

The guys asked him a variety of questions, and the leader honestly answered them: who did he dream of becoming in childhood, was he an obedient student at school, did he go to a pioneer camp, and together they discussed whether success is possible without luck.

Literally living in the interests of his native enterprise, the manager does not forget about this social facility, he is interested in its everyday life, because he knows that parents can work calmly only when they are sure that their heirs are under supervision, happy and healthy. And the childhood of future car factory workers should be eventful and cloudless, and the Zubrenok health camp is simply bound to become one of the most vivid memories of the young years of the future big man. After all, it is precisely such people that “bisons” will grow up.

At the meeting, the guys asked the general director a “non-childish” question - does he sometimes give up. Answering him, Valery Valeryevich shared his motivational attitude: “No matter how the circumstances develop, never give up and never give up.”

Also, the guest and the "learners" discussed together on the topic of who is more difficult to be - an adult or a child, and came to the conclusion that each age has its own advantages and a certain level of responsibility. As a sign of gratitude for the sincere conversation, the guys prepared a creative performance and a memorable gift for the guest.

For reference: In the summer of 2023, more than 1,900 children are planned to improve their health during 5 shifts at the Zubrenok health camp. In addition, a tent camp for 30 people per shift has been organized and operates on the basis of the Zubrenok health camp.
