The results of the summer health improvement of children were considered at a meeting of the administration of the Zavodskoy district of Minsk
25-September-2024On September 24, 2024, a meeting of the Zavodskoy District Administration of Minsk was held, at which issues of organizing children's health improvement during the summer health campaign of 2024 were considered, the results of the health campaign were summed up and tasks for its improvement were set.
The event was attended by the heads of the Zavodskoy District Administration of Minsk, the education department, representatives of the district hygiene and epidemiology center, and heads of health camps.
The meeting of the Zavodskoy District Administration was attended by Henadzi Balbatouski, Director of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment of the Population.
In accordance with the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee and the decision of the Zavodskoy District Administration, in the summer of 2024, 2 health camps with round-the-clock stay of children were functioning, in which work was organized in a 5-shift mode: "Zubrenok" of OJSC "MAZ" the management company of the holding "BELAVTOMAZ" and "Smena" of OJSC "Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant".
To prepare the camps for the summer season, 165,850 rubles were allocated from the city budget and 1 million 640 thousand rubles from the funds of the owner enterprises.
During the summer season, 2873 minors were recuperated in the health camps "Zubrenok" and "Smena", which amounted to 105.8% of the planned volume of children's health improvement. 188 students underwent health improvement at full cost.
The camps were fully provided with medical personnel, food service workers and teachers. In day camps in the Zavodskoy district of Minsk, 4,304 children improved their health, which amounted to 104% of the planned volume of children's health improvement.
In all educational institutions where camps were organized, specialized teams functioned. In order to meet the needs of children in various types of activities and to acquire useful skills, labor and recreation camps were organized and operated in each school and gymnasium. In these camps, 327 students carried out their work activities, which amounted to 110.1% of the planned volume of children's health improvement.
The average salary in labor and recreation camps was 502.5 rubles per month with employment of 4 hours 36 minutes per day. At the end of the meeting, Henadzi Balbatouski told those present about the scale of state participation in the implementation of state policy in the field of health improvement and spa treatment of the population and measures to ensure safe leisure for children, as well as about the results of the activities of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment of the Population in organizing children's health improvement in the summer health campaign of 2024.
