On October 15, 2019, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus together with the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-and-Resort Treatment of the population on the basis of the SUE “Svitanak” PMC of the Brest Region, Pinsk District, Zagorodsky s/s, west of the village Pogost-Zagorodsky held a seminar-meeting "Results of the 2019 summer health campaign." The opening of the seminar-meeting began with a study tour with the PMC “Svitanak”. The director of the CUP "DROTS" Svitanak "of the Main Directorate for Education of the Brest Regional Executive Committee Begeba Valentina organized a presentation of the experience of the CUE" DROTS "Svitanak" during the summer recreation campaign in 2019. During this event, a presentation was presented on the organization of activities of educational and health-improving educational institutions of the Brest region with the participation of the head of the Rubezh association, the Patriot defense and sports recreation camp of the branch of the BGOCMT youth patriotic center Andrei Khodor, and the director of the specialized defense sports Health Camp "Patriot" branch of UO "BGOTsMT" Youth Patriotic Center of Radomsky Victor. During the seminar program, the issues of attracting foreign gratuitous assistance, including in educational institutions of education, were highlighted by the example of joint projects with the Brest Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies with the participation of the head of the Center for the Promotion of Life Safety and Public Relations of the Brest Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies, Nikolai Kuzmitsky, and the organization of training teaching staff to work in an educational institution with Thieme methodologist management of ideological and educational work GUO "Brest Regional Institute of Education Development" Dmitrieva Elena. The program of the workshop-meeting provided for a plenary meeting in which the Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Karpenko, and the director of the Republican Center for Rehabilitation and Sanatorium-and-Spa Treatment of the Population Gennady Bolbatovsky made a welcoming speech to the participants of the republican workshop. A report on the results of the summer health campaign in 2019 was made by the deputy director-head of the department of public procurement and methodological work of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-and-Resort Treatment of the Population Alexander Tsai. Information on organizing summer recreation and recreation for children in 2019 was provided by the head of the Main Department of Educational Work and Youth Policy of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus Tomilchik Eduard. Head of the Department of Hygiene for Children and Adolescents, State Institution "Republican Center for Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus Malakhova Alla presents information on the implementation of sanitary norms and rules during the summer recreational campaign in 2019.
The seminar-meeting was also attended by the head of the main department for education of the Brest Regional Executive Committee Prosmytsky Yuri.
The culmination of the seminar was the awarding ceremony of the winners of the republican review competition for the best recreation camp and concert. For the successes in organizing the work on the summer recreation of the children's population in 2019, the winners of the republican review contest for the best recreation camp in 2019 were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment in the following nominations:
