On preparations for the summer recreation campaign 2020 in the Brest region

Currently, the region is actively working to organize the 2020 summer health campaign. On April 16, 2020, a decision was adopted by the Brest Regional Executive Committee No. 229 "On organizing the rehabilitation of children in the summer period of 2020", in which all interested services were given instructions on organizing a summer recreation campaign for the current year. At the level of city executive committees, decisions are also made on the above issue, and commissions for the acceptance of health camps are created.

The recreation camp is a place of great pastime, especially in the summer. Having sent the child to the camp, parents can be sure that everything is provided for him: full hot meals, useful and interesting activities and outdoor activities.
7.2 million rubles of state funds were allocated to reduce the cost of trips to health camps in the region.

In the summer period of this year, the region plans to open 21 stationary health camps. Work on the preparation of suburban health camps is carried out in accordance with measures to strengthen the material and technical base of suburban health camps, compiled on the basis of the requirements (recommendations) of the state sanitary and fire supervision bodies and approved by the city executive committees.

So, in the recreation camp "Electron" of the branch of RUE "Brestenergo" Baranavichy electric networks in the first bedroom building, current repairs of all living rooms will be made with the replacement of heating. In the recreation camp “Orlyonok”, Brest Boiler Household Unitary Enterprise, in one of the sleeping buildings, a hygiene room will be converted, roofing and bathrooms will be repaired, doors and windows will be partially replaced, and three new refrigerators will be bought in the catering unit.

As before, much attention will be paid in the summer to the rehabilitation of orphans, children left without parental care, children with disabilities, adolescents in socially dangerous situations and preventive care, and the organization of labor and leisure camps.

In conclusion, I would like to say that the most important task of all interested services is to organize a safe, interesting holiday for children this summer, which they would remember for their whole lives only with positive impressions.
