The rehabilitation of children of the capital in 1 shift was carried out by 342 camps with daily and round-the-clock stay of children, including:
- 21 stationary health camp (in 2019 - 20 camps);
- 38 camps organized at leased bases of sanatorium, resort, health and other organizations of the republic;
- 5 round-the-clock profile camps lasting 15 days;
- 278 daytime camps organized on the bases of institutions of general secondary education, additional education for children and youth, specialized educational and sports institutions and secondary schools of the Olympic reserve.
On the eve of the health campaign, all the health camps of the city were inspected for the technical condition of buildings, structures, utilities, outdoor play and sports equipment with the preparation of relevant acts.
By the beginning of the season, all health camps received an acceptance certificate signed by the district state sanitary inspection services and other interested parties.
During one shift, 13,496 children were rehabilitated in camps of various types, which amounted to 19.5% of the plan for the season, including 5540 children in camps with round-the-clock stays and 7956 children with day stays.
Inpatient health camps with a round-the-clock stay began work on the first shift from June 15 to 24.
Their work is planned in 3-4 shifts, the duration of shifts will be from 18 to 21 days. Day camps have been organized since June 1.
The activities of the camps were carried out taking into account the full implementation of the recommended sanitary and hygienic measures. Pupils respected the principles of social distance; when organizing meals, children were placed in dining rooms taking into account the necessary removal.
Excluded all types of events. To ensure the employment of minors in health camps, distance classes were organized in associations of interest, virtual tours were conducted.
Provided control over the condition of pupils by medical workers. The average cost of a voucher lasting 18 days was: 589 rubles to a camp with a round-the-clock stay, and 98 rubles to a camp with a day's stay. In order to ensure maximum coverage of recreational activities for children who need additional measures of social support, the decision of the Minsk City Council of Deputies dated November 16, 2016 No. 243 "On the establishment of measures of social support for certain categories of citizens" provides for the allocation of funds from the budget of Minsk to reduce the cost acquiring permits to health camps with round-the-clock stays for these categories of children.
During one shift, 290 orphans and children under guardianship were rehabilitated in camps with day and round-the-clock stays, which amounted to 19.3% of the planned for the season (1,500 children). The practice of improving the health of children with disabilities, who were sent to camps with day care (on the basis of correctional and developmental training centers) and around-the-clock stay together with teachers from boarding schools, continued. In total, 300 children from the category of disabled children were recovered in 1 shift, which amounted to 25.2% of the planned (1190 children).
Children of state employees of municipal property organizations received surcharges from the city budget when acquiring permits to suburban camps in the amount of up to 115 rubles per trip. This type of assistance for 1 shift was used by 168 children.
In order to prevent delinquency and prevent asocial behavior of adolescents, during the 1st shift using the means of the city budget and state funds, 285 children who are on various types of registration and brought up in dysfunctional families have been sent to health camps with day and night stays.
To meet the needs of children in various types of activities and to acquire useful skills in one shift, 65 camps (units) were organized in profiles, areas of activity with day and round-the-clock stay, in which 1930 children rested, 423 of them aged 15-18 years .
The leading positions in the mass deployment are traditionally held by sports and health camps with day and round-the-clock stays organized by the structural divisions of the Sports and Tourism Department of the Minsk City Executive Committee, in which 2,862 children were sanitized, including 165 people aged 15-18 years old. Together with the children, the coaching and pedagogical staff of specialized educational and sports institutions and secondary schools - schools of the Olympic reserve, which ensures the continuation of the training process in the summer period, also leaves for the camps.
To provide recreation and employment for children in 1 shift, the work of 65 camps (detachment) of labor and recreation with day and round-the-clock stay of children was organized, covering 555 children aged 14-18 years.
According to the list approved by the Minsk City Executive Committee, jobs were mainly provided by educational institutions, where children were hired by janitors, cleaners and cleaned, landscaped and landscaped schools, repaired and bound books and textbooks in the library.
Under the terms of the agreements, jobs were provided by the structural units of the state association Minsk City Housing and PKUE Minskzelenstroy.
Five students of the State Educational Institution “Gymnasium No. 7 of Minsk” were recruited to the youth service KUP (business incubator) as couriers and auxiliary workers. As assistants to the educator, 3 people worked in kindergarten No. 55 of the Central District of Minsk.
On the basis of the camp with a round-the-clock stay of Lesnoy TPKUP Khladokombinat No. 2, a service detachment of labor and rest was organized for 9 adolescents who performed work on cleaning office premises.
Particular attention in the health camps, as in previous years, is given to rational, balanced, high-quality nutrition of children, the organization of which in health camps is carried out by the State Institution "Main Directorate of the Consumer Market of Minsk City Executive Committee".
We use approximate two-weekly diets for children who are recovering in health and sports camps with day and round-the-clock stays, in accordance with the natural food standards recommended by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, taking into account the age of students.
In order to respond in a timely manner to the operational situation, the employees of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee ensure the protection of public order and the safe stay of children in health camps located in the Minsk region, consisting of five mobile groups.
