On the readiness of the camps in the Mogilev region for the beginning of the summer health campaign in 2021
30-April-2021In the Mogilev region in 2021, it is planned to rehabilitate 44,000 children and adolescents using public funds, including 17625 schoolchildren in round-the-clock camps, and 26375 in day camps.
The planned volumes of children's health improvement in the regions of the region, including orphans, children with disabilities, were approved by the decision of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee of April 22, 2021 No. 2-154. The lists of host organizations, facilities, types of work and the number of jobs for children sent to labor and recreation camps were approved by the decision of the regional executive committee of March 25, 2021 No. 2-75.

In order to timely prepare the camps for the upcoming season in the region, a plan of priority measures was developed and approved to prepare the material and technical base of stationary health camps. In all country camps, cosmetic repairs of dormitories, canteens, clubs are being carried out. Work is underway to improve and put in proper condition the sports grounds and adjacent areas of the camps. Replacement of kitchen and technological equipment, lamps has been carried out, furniture and soft inventory are being updated.
For the preparation of stationary camps this year, according to operational data, it is planned to allocate more than 400 thousand rubles from all sources, including 62 thousand 654 rubles from the republican budget, which are distributed between 16 camps in proportion to the availability of places in them, the regional budget - 200 thousand rubles, the owners of the camps - about 180 thousand rubles.
In the summer of 2021, the rehabilitation of children and adolescents will be carried out on the basis of all 16 stationary camps, in addition, it is planned to use leased bases (educational institutions, sports bases, military units, an Olympic reserve school, recreation centers, etc.), including 4 health resort organizations (traditionally the sanatorium "Sosny" JSC "Mogilevkhimvolokno", "Dubrovenka" RUE "Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Railway", DUP "Children's sanatorium" Svisloch", sanatorium "Shinnik" JSC "Belshina").
In the region, it is planned to improve the health of 2,100 of the number of orphans and 580 people with disabilities in round-the-clock and day camps.
Country camps are planned to start work according to the schedules from June 1.
During the period of organized summer recreation, exhaustive measures will be taken to ensure safe conditions for the stay of children on health improvement and control over the observance by the camps of legislation on health care, education, sanitary-epidemiological and fire safety.
