A health camp is a place where your child can get a great unforgettable vacation. While the parents are working, the child is resting, getting three full hot meals a day, communicating with his peers and getting a lot of positive emotions under the supervision of attentive qualified staff.

During the autumn holidays, 10.2 thousand schoolchildren of the Brest region improved their health. Health camps are organized on the basis of 263 institutions of general secondary education, additional education for children and youth, and specialized educational and sports institutions.

The average cost of a voucher in a health camp for a stay of 6 days in the region was 39 rubles 50 kopecks. Each child was provided with state assistance in the form of a reduction in the cost of vouchers in the amount of 4 rubles 55 kopecks for one bed-day.

Particular attention is paid to the improvement of socially unprotected categories of children. 92 orphans, 94 disabled children, 417 children who are on preventive records and are in a socially dangerous situation have been rehabilitated.

Every day at the camp was full of various exciting activities. Various patriotic events were held: paramilitary sports games, quizzes, blitz tournaments, quest games, creative workshops, reading competitions, patriotic song dramatization competitions, drawing and poster competitions, round tables, intellectual quizzes, literary compositions, bike rides with the involvement of military units, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Defense, the State Border Committee, as well as joint activities with the NGO "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" and the NGO "BRPO".

In order to familiarize children with the peculiarities of various professions, excursions were organized to the following enterprises of the Brest region: UPP "Verdimar" in Beloozersk (shoe production), JSC "Experimental fish farm "Selets", EE "Baranovichi Technological College of Belcoopsoyuz" (Museum of Bread), OJSC Kuzlitmash, branch Pinsk Heating Networks, RUE Brestenergo, Pinsk Interdistrict Center for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring State Institution Brestoblgidromet, Unitary Enterprise Pinsk Factory of Art Products Krynitsa Palessya, OJSC Polesie, Zhabinka Branch of the Department protection Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Vysokovskaya meteorological station, Kamenetsky bakery, branch of JSC "Beresteisky baker".

Also, master classes, days of detachments, sports competitions, outdoor games, computer games, contests of staged fairy tales, cartoons, literary quizzes, game programs and other events were held in the health camps.

In addition, each child was able to attend additional classes, which were organized at the request of students. Classes were held in mathematics, physics, foreign languages, Russian and Belarusian languages ​​and other academic subjects.

Thanks to the professionalism of experienced teachers, in such a short time of the wellness shift, the children were able to get a charge of vivacity, joy and health, a lot of fun, and learn a lot of new things for themselves.
