As part of the implementation of the information and educational project "STEP" on the topic "Pride for Belarus" on December 20, 2022 on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Gymnasium No. 9 of Vitebsk named after A.P. Beloborodov" on the topic "Pride for Belarus. We keep the past, appreciate the present, build the future” (results of the year of historical memory). The speaker of the event was the guest of honor: Titova Snezhana Aleksandrovna - head of the representative office of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment of the Population. She answered children's questions about the Great Patriotic War and its heroes. The children were also interested in the work of the representative office, and the secrets of the professional success of its leader.

During the meeting, the participants visited the National Museum of Military Glory of the Twice Red Banner 43rd Army. In 2020, the head of the museum Nechay M.S. was awarded a diploma of the laureate of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus for participation in the nomination "Virtual tour of the exposition of the museum of an educational institution" of the republican competition of museums of educational institutions "To the Glory of the Common Victory". According to the results of the republican competition of museums of military glory "We keep their feat in our hearts" in 2020, the gymnasium museum was awarded a diploma of the third degree of the main education department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

The participants discussed the results of the participation of students of the gymnasium in events dedicated to the Year of Historical Memory. For the purpose of civic-patriotic education of students in the gymnasium, the Patriot association operates on the basis of the National Museum. Following the meeting of the expert committee of the Museum of Victory (Moscow), the People's Museum of Military Glory of the Twice Red Banner 43rd Army became a member of the long-term program "School Museum of Victory", and was given the status of a partner of the Museum of Victory. The poem by Isakova Milena, a student of the 8th "A" class, was included in the virtual exhibition of the Poetry Competition "Victory Poetry" (Moscow).

The gymnasium is implementing a general gymnasium social project “Formation of students' worldview as a resident of the cultural capital”, in which all students of the gymnasium are involved.

The gymnasium has successfully implemented the republican innovation project "Introduction of a model for the formation of students' national and cultural identity: integration of educational and extracurricular activities of the gymnasium as a socio-cultural center of the region", as well as the regional innovation project "Introduction of the project activity model into the educational process at the 1st stage of general secondary education".
