The occupancy rate of sanatorium-resort and health-improving organizations in the Minsk region in the first quarter of 2023 was 67.1%. 71.2 thousand people underwent sanatorium treatment and rehabilitation (63,062.9 thousand rubles); at the expense of legal entities and individuals - 55.6 thousand people (36,746.8 thousand rubles); at the expense of the republican budget and the state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus - 15.6 thousand people (13,206.4 thousand rubles).

To ensure the recovery growth of sanatorium-and-spa treatment and the improvement of the population, sanatoriums are developing new types of health-improving vouchers with a medical program.

For reference: in the Republican unitary enterprise “Sanatorium “Priozerny” of the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus in the first quarter of this year, he developed short-term medical programs (dentistry, gynecology, urology, reflexology, diagnostics), which allows guests to combine relaxation with the necessary medical examinations, as well as receiving consultations of qualified specialists without visiting polyclinics.

In order to prevent and treat diseases, new methods have been introduced and used:

- “Magnetostimulation of the intercostal muscles on the apparatus of pulsed induction magnetotherapy “SETA-TM” in case of exacerbation of chronic bronchitis to improve the drainage function of the bronchi;

- "The use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy to increase immune protection and restore the activity of organs";

- "Individual therapeutic gymnastics for children";

- "Rejuvenation and lifting of the face on the ICCONE apparatus."

The spa voucher for diseases of the respiratory and circulatory system includes the Relax-aromaphytotherapy method with a psychotherapist, and additionally, the voucher for diseases of the digestive system and the nervous system - 1 appointment with a psychotherapist.

In the first quarter of 2023, the State Institution “Sanatorium “Yunost” of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus paid special attention to the development, promotion and popularization of the services of the structural unit Republican Ski Center “Silichi” (hereinafter referred to as the ski center “Silichi”).

A whole list of new types of medical and SPA services has been introduced in the medical department - Wellness & SPA center: physiotherapy, massages, care and injection cosmetology, permanent makeup, thalassotherapy, hydrotherapy, cedar barrel, amber room, salt cave, cosmetologist consultations and cosmetics, bioimpedancemetry, pressure therapy, non-contact body shaping, RF-lifting, carboxytherapy and others.

To increase exports, work in social networks has been strengthened, the flow of targeted and contextual advertising has been increased, taking into account the new realities of Instagram and Facebook, an analysis of SEO, SMM has been carried out, additional regions have been set up (Russia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia) for displaying contextual advertising; to increase the flow of guests from the Russian Federation, agreements are concluded with the OTA platform Ostrovok.ru for the placement of advertising information about sanatoriums, participation in international exhibitions and webinars. In the first quarter of 2023, 10.7 thousand foreign citizens (17,137.2 thousand rubles) received sanatorium treatment and rehabilitation in the sanatoriums of the region, for the same period in 2022 - 8 thousand foreign citizens (11,762.2 thousand rubles). rubles).

For reference: Representatives of health resorts took part in the international tourism exhibition "INTOURMARKET 2023" (March 13-15, 2023, Moscow, Expocentre Fairgrounds), as well as in the international tourism exhibition MITT 2023 (March 16-18, 2023, Moscow, IEC "Crocus Expo"). In the first quarter of 2023, prices for spa and wellness services did not increase. A discount, bonus loyalty program was used (discounts for customers with early bookings, members of the federation of trade unions and their children 25% discount, "regular guest" program 5% discount). The principle of network marketing is being introduced into the work, which implies a bonus for regular guests of the sanatorium.
