In 2023, in 50 health resorts located in the region, 346.3 thousand people underwent sanatorium-resort treatment and recovery; revenue from the sale of services amounted to 352,053.9 thousand rubles, including at the expense of the republican budget and state funds. extra-budgetary fund for social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus - 54.3 thousand people (65,603.4 thousand rubles). The occupancy rate for 2023 was 81.5% (in 2022 – 78.4%). The growth rate was 103.6%.

In 2023, 70.3 thousand foreign citizens received sanatorium-resort treatment and recovery in health resorts of the region, 93% of whom were citizens of the Russian Federation. Revenue from sales of services amounted to 109,160.5 thousand rubles. In 2022, 56.9 thousand foreign citizens (80,221.2 thousand rubles) were healed. The growth rate was 123.6%.

To ensure the growth of sanatorium-resort treatment and the improvement of the population's health, sanatoriums are constantly developing new types of health vouchers with a medical program.

In the RSUE “Sanatorium “Priozerny” of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the Sanatorium), in order to attract more clients on a larger scale and, as a result, increase sales revenue, the sanatorium has developed short-term medical programs (dentistry, gynecology, urology, reflexology, diagnostics), which allows guests to combine relaxation with necessary medical examinations, as well as receiving advice from qualified specialists without visiting clinics.

The following medical equipment was purchased on a tender basis:

- robotic high-intensity laser therapy system BTL–6000,

- high-intensity magnetic therapy chair “BTL-EMSELLA”,

- device for high-intensity magnetic therapy BTL-SIS (superinduction system),

- radiofrequency system for medical and aesthetic therapy RGN (made in Spain) for a gynecologist,

- dental unit with accessories “ANTHOS”, model A-3 PLUS (made in Italy).

Unique programs and treatment methods are being developed based on new equipment and an integrated approach including diagnostics, psychological assistance, and modern physiotherapeutic methods.

In RSKUP “Sanatorium “Belaya Rus”” of the Department of Finance and Logistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, in 2023, new programs were developed and implemented, designed for different lengths of stay and categories of persons:

- Program “Taking care of the body” (4-9 days);

- “Flying gait” program (4-9 days);

- Program “Breath and Immunity” (4-9 days);

- “Weekend” program as part of a trip with treatment for adults (2-5 days of stay);

- “Child Health” program as part of a trip without treatment for children from 3 to 14 years old for 6-19 days of stay.

To ensure a broad information and advertising campaign about nearby tourist and cultural attractions, sanatorium-resort and health organizations of the Minsk region offer excursions throughout the territory of the Republic of Belarus on an ongoing basis for vacationers.

In 2023, the branch of the Children's Sanatorium "Solnyshko" of OJSC "Belagrozdravnitsa" introduced a new tourist route, including for people with disabilities, "Sightseeing tour of Minsk with a visit to the National Library."

In order to ensure stable, break-even operation, increase demand for sanatorium-resort and health-improving services and increase the volume of income from the services provided by health resorts in the Minsk region, constant systematic work is being carried out to develop the material and technical base.

1074.5 thousand rubles were allocated to strengthen the material and technical base of the Nadezhda Children's Center, of which 46.2 thousand rubles received financial support from the founder of the Friends of the Nadezhda Children's Center in Germany. The funds received were used to develop design documentation for the project “Playground for children with special needs.”

To ensure a broad information and advertising campaign about nearby tourist and cultural attractions, sanatorium-resort and health organizations of the Minsk region offer excursions throughout the territory of the Republic of Belarus on an ongoing basis for vacationers.

In the current year of 2023, prices for sanatorium-resort and health-improving services have not increased. A discount and bonus loyalty program was used (discounts for early booking clients, 25% discount for members of the federation of trade unions and their children, 5% discount for the “loyal guest” program). The principle of network marketing is being introduced, providing a bonus for regular guests of the sanatorium.
