In order to organize effective health improvement of students in grades 1-2 during the additional winter holidays in educational institutions from February 17, 2025 to February 21, 2025, work was organized in 180 educational and health camps, in which 3,689 pupils of the Minsk region improved their health.

The educational work plans of the educational and health camps included a variety of activities that correspond to the age and interests of children, aimed at the education, development and health improvement of each child, the prevention of infectious diseases, child road traffic injuries, illegal actions, and ensuring the safety of students.

To ensure the maximum possible health effect and maintain the future performance of students, the educational work plans of the health camps included physical education, health and sports events. Morning exercises, walks and games in the fresh air were held daily, students visited physical education and health centers, swimming pools.

In the educational and health camp "Neposedy" on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Perezhirskaya Secondary School named after A.E. Gurinovich" of the Pukhovichi District, one of the days of the camp was called "Sports Day". The campers started the morning with exercises, visited the Perezhirskaya rural library, took part in the competition "I draw sports" and the KTD "Sports in human life".

In the educational and health camp "Romashka" on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 3 of Stolbtsy" as part of the thematic day "Sportivny Lane" the sportslandia "In a healthy body - a healthy mind" was held.

Formation of a healthy lifestyle of the population is one of the priority areas of educational work with students. Among the activities in this area in educational and health camps are the observance of the daily routine, proper nutrition, the campaigns "Clean Hands", "Harden Yourself!", prevention of bad habits through film lectures, conversations, trainings, etc.

In the educational and health camp "Kray.by", organized on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 2 of the City of Volozhin", an entertainment event "Be Healthy, Forget About Troubles!" was prepared for the campers, which was aimed at instilling in children the importance of being a healthy person, maintaining their health. The children repeated the rules that a person must follow from childhood in order to be healthy.

Aesthetic education also occupies one of the main places

in the formation and development of the spiritual, moral and emotional value sphere of the individual. This area of the educational process was widely represented in the work plans of health camps. photo 6, 7

One of the days of the educational and health camp "Smile", organized on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Gymnasium No. 1 of the city of Volozhin", was held under the motto "Day of Kindness". On this day, the library cordially opened its doors to the children, where they got acquainted in an entertaining way with the life of wild animals, with new children's literature on the library shelves, paying special attention to fairy tales. After all, this is the most favorite literary genre among children. Fairy tales teach empathy, the ability to be surprised and do good deeds. Then an exciting quiz "Visiting a Fairy Tale" was held for the children. The children recognized the heroes of their favorite fairy tales by their clothes, shoes, hats, accessories; solved puzzles and riddles, learned to describe fairy tale characters. The day ended with a drawing competition "Favorite Fairy Tale Hero".

One of the most interesting and memorable events in the camp "City of Childhood" of the State Educational Institution "Rakovskaya Secondary School" of the Volozhin District was an excursion to the museum of traditional culture of the urban settlement of Ivenets. There, the children were told in more detail about weaving and pottery. The children enjoyed watching the work with clay and got to know the weaving craft better.

An important area remains the education of safe life activities and legal education of students.

The first day in the educational and health camp "Vesyolka" of the State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 10 of Borisov" were organized a workshop "Evacuation in case of fire" (as part of the campaign "Vacation without smoke and fire"); a quiz on traffic rules "My friend is a traffic light"; a creative workshop "Merry pencil"; an exhibition of drawings "Experts in safety rules".

The children of the educational and health camp "KREPYSH" at the Uzda Secondary School No. 2 named after K.K. Krapiva had a lot of positive emotions. On Safety Day, the campers visited the Uzda District Department of Emergency Situations, where the children were given a tour of the fire station and an information digest "Adults and Children Are Responsible for Fires" was held. The children reviewed the rules of conduct in extreme situations, safety rules at home, on the street, and in transport. On the Day of Traffic Rules, the children improved their knowledge of traffic rules. In order to prevent child road traffic injuries, a meeting was organized between the children and the employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Uzda District Department of Internal Affairs. The employees told them how to behave correctly on the roadway and explained the rules for riding a bicycle, roller skates, scooters - a good way to diversify the lives of students, spend time in an interesting and educational way!
