The Soligorsk District Executive Committee held a personal reception of citizens and a direct telephone line, which were conducted by the Director of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatoriun-Resort Treatment of the Population, Candidate of Medical Sciences Henadzi Balbatouski.

One applicant came to see Henadzi Balbatouski. During the meeting, the issue of providing a voucher to the Branch of the Rassvet-Lyuban Sanatorium of Belagrozdravnitsa OJSC was considered. Despite the need for additional study of the documents, the applicant was satisfied with the clarifications received at this stage. The issue was taken under the personal control of Henadzi Balbatouski.

During the conversation, Henadzi Balbatouski noted that an effective system for issuing vouchers has now been built, and specialists are actively conducting informational and explanatory work on the ground.

"We satisfy almost all applications from health commissions. If a person has medical indications, he usually receives an offer for health improvement within a year. Of course, many want to go to a sanatorium in the summer. But it is important to understand the difference between rest and treatment. If we put medical priorities and effect at the forefront, then today you can improve your health in a sanatorium at any time of the year," Henadzi Balbatouski emphasized.

He also noted the steady demand for health improvement in Belarus. "In the sphere of free sale of health improvement services, we are seeing steady growth. In recent years, the dynamics of free sale exceeds 20%, and the export of services - more than 25% annually. People began to pay more attention to their health and prevention. In the sanatoriums of Belarus, we focus on natural healing factors. That is why the applicant insists on the Rassvet-Lyuban sanatorium, where unique water is used, which is an analogue of the mineral water of Truskavets and has a pronounced healing effect," the director of the Republican Center explained.

Currently, there are 287 health and wellness facilities in Belarus, of which 97 are full-fledged sanatorium and resort organizations, and 190 are health resorts. Last year, more than 1.5 million people, including over 246 thousand foreign citizens, improved their health in Belarusian sanatoriums.

Then, as part of a working trip, Henadzi Balbatouski got acquainted with the activities of the Berezka sanatorium of the social development and housing and communal services department of Belaruskali OJSC.
