During the 2026 summer holidays, the now-traditional national informational and educational campaign "Step to Success" took place at Minsk's educational and health camps.

This year, the event's guest list was particularly large and diverse. The participants met with members of the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic, scientists, rectors of leading universities, representatives of law enforcement agencies, rescue workers, cultural figures, and leaders of public associations.

The meetings were highly interactive, featuring open dialogues, roundtable discussions, master classes, patriotic and career guidance lessons. The students had a unique opportunity not only to hear the success stories of outstanding compatriots but also to ask them personal questions and receive advice on choosing their future path.

On June 20, the Minsk Automobile Plant's Zubrenok educational and health camp hosted a dialogue platform titled "Successful Person – Prosperous Belarus." Artem Tsuran, Chairman of the Minsk City Council of Deputies, delegate to the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, and member of the political council of the Belarusian party "Belaya Rus," attended the event.

Artem Tsuran detailed the milestones of his life and career: from school and his first work record to high-ranking positions and his role in the capital's governance. The speaker emphasized that each stage of a career is built on hard work, honesty, and a willingness to take responsibility.

The students' questions covered a wide range of topics, from the greening of Minsk to current trends in youth policy development. They also touched on personal topics—the Zubrenok campers asked their guest about his hobbies and sports interests.

On June 24, a landmark event took place at the Smena health camp of the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant. Andrei Lobovich, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, was the guest of honor and keynote speaker.

The children asked numerous questions, and the Minister answered them all sincerely and thoroughly. They discussed work, social protection, the future, and the real concerns of today's youth. The best part was the atmosphere. Warm, cozy, almost like home. No formality – just lively conversation among equals.

On July 17, Valery Nafranovich, Head of Representative Office of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment of the Population, met with the children of the Lesnoy Ogonyok camp of the State Production Association Gorremavtodor of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

This was neither a boring lecture nor an official event. It was an open conversation – honest, sincere, and a little mature.

Valery Nafranovich shared his formula for success with the children, emphasizing that its most important components are study, discipline, the pursuit of new knowledge, and respect for parents and teachers. He urged the children to remember that in the near future, their own well-being and the prosperity of the country will depend on their decisions.

On July 28, a meeting between the children of the Borok educational and health camp of JSC MAPID and Sergei Klishevich, a member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, took place.

The children were able to discuss topics of concern to them with the parliamentarian. The deputy spoke about his professional path, the importance of education, and active citizenship.

It is worth noting that Sergei Klishevich regularly participates in dialogue forums. His interaction with the Borok children was another step toward strengthening the bond between generations and instilling clear life goals in the younger generation.

On August 22, Vadim Sarantsev, Director of the Minskenergo branch of the Training Center for the Preparation, Advanced Training, and Retraining of Power Industry Personnel, PhD in Engineering, Associate Professor, and member of the Working Group on Professional Education and Personnel Training under the Executive Committee of the CIS Electric Power Council, visited the children at the Energetik health camp.

Vadim Sarantsev, gave the children a fascinating discussion about cybersecurity, one of the most important topics in today's world. The children learned how to protect their data and avoid being scammed online.

Such open-air meetings offer children and teenagers a unique opportunity not only to interact with invited guests but also to understand that achieving success requires considerable effort and hard work. Moments of overcoming difficulties—they'll need all of this in the future on their path to success. And who knows, perhaps these very encounters will become a guide to a future profession for someone or simply help them find a passion. The main thing is to never give up on the path to success!
