The infrastructure of health resort facilities in the Minsk region continues to develop actively. On October 2, 2026, a new accommodation building—Building No. 8—was opened at the "Rassvet-Lyuban" sanatorium, a branch of the joint-stock company "Belagrozdravnitsa."

The opening ceremony was attended by Henadzi Balbatouski, Director of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment; Zhanna Alishevich, Chair of the Lyuban District Executive Committee; Iryna Yauseyeva Head of the Minsk Regional Office of the Republican Center for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment of the Population; Vitaly Radoman, General Director of JSC "Belagrozdravnitsa"; and Genrikh Misyuk, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Belagrozdravnitsa."

Building No. 8, situated in a picturesque location near a pine forest, combines style, functionality, and comfort. With spacious, well-appointed single and double rooms, an elegant and ergonomic interior design, and modern technical amenities, the new building offers everything necessary for a comfortable stay and a relaxing getaway.

The opening of this new building at the "Rassvet-Lyuban" sanatorium marks a significant, yet not final, stage in the development of the region's health resort infrastructure. Plans are in place to further boost the district's tourism potential and its health resort sector through the construction of new facilities, as well as the modernization and renovation of existing buildings and structures.
