Improving the health of children in the Mogilev region in the first shift of the summer period of 2022

In the first shift of summer 2022, the rehabilitation of children and adolescents was carried out on the basis of 15 stationary camps, in which more than 2,400 people improved their health, at 9 rented bases, including 3 sanatorium organizations - 670 children. In total, there were 57 health camps with round-the-clock stay of children, in which 3,985 people improved their health and 485 camps with a day stay - 23,602 schoolchildren.

In total, 27,587 students underwent health improvement during the first shift.

As a result of the first shift, 932 people from among the privileged category of children were rehabilitated, including: 320 disabled children, 612 orphans and children left without parental care.

During the first shift, 628 people from among those studying in specialized educational and sports institutions of the region improved their health.

In the summer period of 2022, the work of camps in various profiles and areas of activity is traditionally organized in the region. During the first shift, 13,293 people were rehabilitated in such camps.

During the first shift, 1,512 children combined useful work and rest.

The main objectives of the camps were to improve the health of children; formation of healthy lifestyle skills; formation of social norms and values; satisfaction of individual needs of children in intellectual, moral, physical improvement; development of creative abilities of students.

When working with children, their age characteristics, abilities and interests are taken into account. Much attention was paid to civil-patriotic, environmental, labor education, and the formation of a healthy lifestyle.
