To attract vacationers, the health resorts participated in international exhibitions and also offer various loyalty programs for regular customers, trade union members, and seasonal discounts. The health resorts are constantly working to improve the services they provide. Equipment is being updated, new types of procedures are being introduced, and the material and technical base is being strengthened. In 2024, the health resorts spent 16.4 million rubles on these purposes. Thus, in the Energetik health resort of the Grodnoenergo RUE, the canteen is being reconstructed, and in the Zhemchuzhina health resort of the AzotService SUP, a multifunctional sports complex is being built. All health resorts are working to create an accessible environment for the disabled and physically weakened individuals.
