Victory Day is the most dear holiday for each of us. This holiday is a symbol of unity and love for the Fatherland and inspires us to build a better life for the prosperity of our native Belarus.

On May 9, various events and promotions were held in all sanatoriums of the Brest region to honor the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and celebrate Victory Day. The employees of the sanatoriums approached the preparation of the holiday with special attention. The territory of the health resorts was decorated with flags, flowers, photographs from the times of the Great Patriotic War. An exhibition of retro cars was organized in the State Unitary Enterprise "Sanatorium Bug".

The sanatoriums held promotions, exhibitions, sportlands, organized festive concerts, a field kitchen worked, front-line songs and poetry readings were heard. Thus, an employee of the Magistralny sanatorium, Alexander Mikhan, wrote poems that he dedicated to the Great Victory and read to vacationers and employees.

Also, the employees and vacationers took part in the events organized by government agencies. The team of the Ruzhansky sanatorium took part in the motor rally "On guard of the memory of the Great Feat" in Pruzhany, organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, in the video challenge "80 words about Victory". The employees of the Nadzeya sanatorium took part in the republican action "Windows of Victory", as well as in a ceremonial rally, laying of fresh flowers and wreaths as part of the republican action "Belarus Remembers!" at the monument to "Fallen Fellow Countrymen" in the village of Leninsky and the city of Zhabinka. On May 9, a retro train ran from the station "Baranovichi - Polesky". The employees of the Magistralny sanatorium together with veterans of the Great Patriotic War took part in this event.

In the sanatorium "Yaselda" a charity trip around the Pinsk region was organized for all comers, they were given the opportunity to visit the Pinsk district museum, the house of crafts, take part in a festive concert program in the agro-town of Osnezhitsy in the Pinsk district.

In the children's rehabilitation and health centers of the region, events dedicated to Victory Day were also organized for vacationing children.

Thus, in the KUP "DROC "Svitanak" a virtual tour of the streets of the city of Pinsk, perpetuating the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, a concert program "Along the Roads of the Great Victory", a sports and patriotic game "Zarnitsa", various competitions were held. In the KUP "DROC "Kolos" an intellectual tournament game was held called "It was spring, the spring of VICTORY", in which children of organized groups from contaminated areas of the Gomel and Brest regions took part. The experts demonstrated excellent knowledge of the history of the Great Patriotic War.
