In the summer of this year, over 700 children from the Tula region are planned to be rehabilitated at two children's rehabilitation and health centers "Kolos" (Kobrin district) and "Svitanak" (Pinsk district).

The first arrival of Russian children took place on June 3 at the KUP "DROC "Kolos" and 4 arrivals are planned, while the first group of children arrived at the KUP "DROC "Svitanak" on June 17 and 3 arrivals are planned.

The children from the Tula region are being greeted solemnly with bread and salt, songs and dances.

A rich cultural program has been prepared for the guests during their stay.

Thus, in the KUP "DROC "Svitanak" already in the first days of the children's stay, an opening concert was held with the participation of children from Russia and Belarus, who proved once again that our ties are strong and indivisible. A bright sports and mass festival "The Path of Good Hands" took place!, where 130 children from Russia and Belarus, without separating their hands, went through various stages: mathematical, extreme, sports, design, willpower and others. The teams solved problems, overcame obstacles, showed strength of spirit. The main feature of the game is that the children did not let go of their hands throughout all the tasks. The festival gave a sea of ​​positivity and new acquaintances.

During the master class "Garbage can be useful", children from the Tula region not only showed creativity, but also took part in an important discussion on how to preserve the environment. During the lesson, the children got acquainted with the principles of garbage collection and the problem of recycling household waste and remembered the important truth "Cleanliness is not where they clean, but where they do not litter!" As part of the "Safe Holidays" campaign, a representative of the Pinsk State Emergency Service talked to children about water safety and held a relay race, where children from the Tula Region took an active part and won first place.

In addition to educational and sports events, excursions are organized for children. Thus, on June 22, the children went on a walking tour to the village of Pogost-Zagorodsky to honor the memory of the victims of the Great Patriotic War. The children helped to tidy up the obelisk and the mass grave, and walked along the street where the ghetto was located during the war. The children also visited the monuments erected to famous natives of Pogost - Lukasz Golembiovsky and F.K. Drutsko-Lubetsky. During their stay, the children visited the agro-town of Parokhonsk, went on a walking tour in the city of Pinsk, and also went on tours in the city of Brest, got acquainted with the memorial complex "Brest Hero Fortress", visited the National Park "Belovezhskaya Pushcha" and the estate of the Belarusian Father Frost.
