For nine months of 2022, 266.5 thousand people underwent sanatorium treatment and rehabilitation in health resorts located in the Minsk region (for the same period in 2021 - 245.3 thousand people); at the expense of the republican budget and the state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus - 40.2 thousand people. The occupancy rate was 79.8%.

To ensure the recovery growth of sanatorium-and-spa treatment and the improvement of the population, sanatoriums are developing new types of health-improving vouchers with a medical program.

These are new medical and SPA programs “Formula of Success”, “Gift for Lovers” and “Welness Tour”. The medical program "Secrets of the East" is a "symbiosis" of gynecology and reflexology (a program for the treatment of various gynecological diseases, tubal and endocrine infertility, aimed at preparing for a successful pregnancy and childbirth).

For effective treatment of patients who have had pneumonia, amber aerotherapy, general thermotherapy (general mud wraps) are widely used.

 To increase exports, work in social networks has been strengthened, the flow of targeted and contextual advertising has been increased, taking into account the new realities of Instagram and Facebook, an analysis of SEO, SMM has been carried out, additional regions have been set up (Russia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia) for displaying contextual advertising; to increase the flow of guests from the Russian Federation, agreements are concluded with the OTA platform Ostrovok.ru for the placement of advertising information about sanatoriums, participation in international exhibitions and webinars.

For 9 months of 2022, more than 42 thousand foreign citizens received spa treatment and rehabilitation in the sanatoriums of the region, for the same period in 2021 - 27.5 thousand foreign citizens.

A discount, bonus loyalty program is applied (discounts for customers with early bookings, members of the federation of trade unions and their children 25% discount, program "regular guest" 5% discount). The principle of network marketing has been developed and is being implemented, which implies a bonus for regular guests of sanatoriums.
