Summer holidays are the best and most unforgettable time for every child, a period when you can make your life full of interesting acquaintances, useful hobbies and activities, and spend your free time usefully.

Over the past 2 shifts, 39,308 children in the Grodno region improved their health, including 10,496 in camps with round-the-clock stay, 28,812 - with daytime.

According to the established tradition, regional camps "Science" worked on the basis of sanatorium schools in Porechye and Ozery, Grodno district. Gifted children (winners of district, city, regional, republican and international Olympiads) spent their holidays there cheerfully and usefully in the following subjects: biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, history, Belarusian language and literature.

In the region, military-patriotic camps worked, mostly for children from military-patriotic classes. The program of their stay included many thematic activities: assembly and disassembly of weapons, visiting a military vehicle park, and drill training. The children come to such camps with pleasure, gain experience, communicate, make friends, grow up, and gain life experience.

Teaching children personal safety skills is always very important. For this purpose, meetings with employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and OSVOD are held in the camps. The campers have the opportunity to see real fire and rescue equipment, try on combat gear, and learn how to act in emergency situations.

Excursions, virtual trips, quest games, meetings with interesting people. Every day in the camp is filled with emotions.

The work of the summer camps of the region continues. Their activities are closely monitored by an interdepartmental commission that visits the camps, monitors the employment of children, the organization of their meals, compliance with the sanitary and epidemiological regime and fire safety.
